Awful. Can't register, keep getting the same error message, even though my info is 100% accurate. There's no help link or email address in the app, and their website has no information about troubleshooting the app either.

Won't let me register. Keep getting some weird error code.

Doesn't accept my user id.

This is one of the most frustrating and unusable apps I've ever had to use. I don't think I've ever had it just "work". Had to recover my username and then once I logged in it said I had to change my password, I enter a new one which met all the requirements but it said invalid. Tried 3 more variations but it kept saying invalid. I closed the app and started over, now it says my account is locked for 5 minutes but even after half an hour it just keeps telling me it's locked out for 5 minutes. Either fix your crappy app or just pull it from the market already, it's worse than useless at this point. I just hope the lack of attention to detail found in this train wreck of an app isn't indicative of how the rest of SK Blue Cross is ran.

I forgot my password so I reset it. Now it won't let me sign in. All I get is error. How can I use this if I cannot get in?

Can't upload a pdf from emailed receipt. Crashes when I try to submit.

It is super easy to submit claims. I've never had a problem/issue with it.

I like it! Very easy to use and access all my benefit details!

When taking a picture it does not auto focus. It's always blurry! Then if you try going back the app freezes. Have to take a picture first before using the app then selecting it from the gallery.

I have used this app for 2 years no problem. I have reset my username and password 3x and Uninstalled and reinstalled. Not accepting my login info

Won't allow me to submit claims

I have reset the password several times and go to login and still doesn't work. Pretty hard to use this app if you can't get past the login page.

Literally tried to set up my account on every device I own with no luck. Not worth the frustration

Can submit claim in less than a minute.

I have a android galaxy s6 plus and it won't work. Please fix

I've seen this app work on iDevices, it would be cool if the developers of this app spent some time with the Android version. I can login but every page I try to access is stuck on the loading animation.

Entered log on info, but did not work. Temp password and user name not registered? WHISKEY, TANGO, FOXTROT.???

After logging in online to change my password I was finally able to log on to the app on my phone. App crashed multiple times when I tried to take a picture with in the app. Tried taking pictures outside of app and then loaded them in. Made it all the way to the submit claim... then kept getting an error with your claim message. Tried four or more times. finally gave up and submitted via the web app. Which was also slow to add photos too.

Password error all the time

Its always says password or username it provided is wrong every time, and also it take to much loading time, need to fix this issue with app.

Just registered, won't even let me log in the first time, says wrong password and user name. Useless app

Never did make a claim as it took to long loading and then got error. I tried 3 times before i gave up and submitted it online.

I am still in the set up stage and have tried 8 times with 2 different passwords to set up my account and nothing I worked.

Wow, this makes submitting claims so easy!

User name, check. Pw, forgot. Emailed temp Pw, doesn't work. . . Boooo

Cant log on or create a new profile. I kept getting an error message that it my policy info doesn't match their records.
