Shaw On Demand Search

Before it was as simple as just uninstalling it and then adding it again and now NOTHING works to login It's driving me mad since HALF of our show we like to watch we can Only order it off the App!! PLZ fix this issue like yesterday OR actually add all the titles onto the actual Shaw on Demand for ALL HD boxes!! Update 2/10/17 Can't sign on at all now on any of my devices!!!

States my log in is incorrect. I have to log in through the computer for the app to work. We are ok for a day or two and then the account and password are forgotten again. I downloaded the app so it wouldn't be necessary to make trips between floors once we are settled into the family room for the evening. I want to use on demand more, but this doesn't inspire us to.

Will not recognize my login info. Logged into my Shaw email while this "app" was running and still could not log in to "app" with same info. Shaw, fix this, your deal with Rogers family will end soon and your customers will jump ship very quickly.

Tried a few times to login with no luck. Even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if it made a difference. I hope you can fix this problem since it looks like this has been going on for awhile. It used to be a useful app.

Cant even log into my own account. So dont know much else bout it EDIT: login ussues have ben fixed. Seems to work alright

For a while now, I didn't have to log in every time I used it. Today it wants me to log in but it won't accept my username and password. It has done this several times in the past. My username and password work fine on My Account online so it's a problem with the app again.

Issue reported by other users. The app for whatever reason forgot my user ID and would not accept it anymore, on the Internet my password works just fine

Works one day then not the next. Seems to forget that my log in info is correct. Please fix this issue. And change the name from "search". really could you be less descriptive

The app used to work but this last update broke the login. I have to uninstall and reinstall to make it work.

When I can get on this app is great. Fails to reconize my user information most times but every so often it will randomly be logged in when I open the app??? Please fix this quick.

App isn't accepting my login. Chrome works just fine. So frustrating!

When this app works is great and has large catalog. Does seem to have recurring login bug but is working now.

Even after I update my password it says password is invalid so going to uninstalling and find another tv app

Could use it b4 but now it wants me to sign in but wont accept my log in even though it is correct

When it worked it was great. Now will not recognize any of my valid logins. Please fix!

Constantly rejects proper user info. Extremely frustrating

Frustrating when the app won't accept your correct login info. Fix please.

Every once in a while the app asks to re-login. It will not accept the password. I'll reset it on my computer and it still won't work. It's so frustrating to deal with. Shaw is a joke

Works well wen you can log in, very frusterating when you cant. Changed password numerous times still cant log in. Uninstalled and re-installed still cant log in again.

Your app has not been working since 2 Fridays ago it needs to be fixed can't sign in please fix it

Always signs me out every day!!!! It's ridiculous and has many glitches. Takes days to get shows on.

Please fix, like other users I can't login. And once I do get logged in it kicks me out again..this app used to be fantastic.

Same issue, can no longer log in. Credentials work fine everywhere else.

Like a lot of other users have noted I can log in on line using my credentials but the app no longer let's me log in with the same info.

It's missing a lot of TV channels.

Today's update caused different login error and it still won't let me login.
