Sears Canada

This app is not what is described in the pictures. Literally all it really is is the Sears website designed for mobile. It's a waste of Ggs, don't download ! On the bright side, the app works pretty well though.

This doesn't even open an app! It opens up the non-mobile-friendly website! Absolutely impossible to shop on my phone?! Not sure if it was better before the redesign but this is terrible!!!! Completely useless as is!!

Surprise it's actually hard to shop. I can't believe I'm going to say this but I believe picking up the catalog is sooo much easier. I do so much online shopping I can't believe I just said that. & I work at Sears.... Please make it more convenient meaning with more flow between pages and options. I find it confusing as well and it lags or freezes

Worst online shopping app and website on the Internet; after this experience I won't be shopping at Sears...ever

Was good, but now as Sears is closed in Canada the app is essentially obsolete.

It takes longer to load page and to move to different pages.

The "new" upgrades to this app are not good. Orders go into purgatory and are never processed. 3 orders placed on it since new design launched, 3 orders "misplaced" . It also doesn't recognize if you have an existing online account. Needs a lot of work.

I have things in my cart and the paypal option doesn't work at all. Too bad, I guess I won't be shopping here

It's not even an app, it just shows the sears web page.

Can't do anything with this app. Won't let me search needs an update.

I can't look for anything now. No subcategories show up. I can select woman's apparel with no results :(

Checking the status of your order always says information not available you should consider some upgrades to the app.

You're better off using a mobile site than this POS app. No wonder Sears business is in decline. It's 2015, build an app that works you out of touch morons!

Very close to uninstalling this app. It may be a moot point however as Sears Canada probably won't be around much longer.

Images won't expand and you can't go back a page

If I look at an item then try to back up to the previous list it goes blank. The Web page is much better. Useless app. Pure garbage.

When searching for an item and viewing it, when you return to the list it's often blank.

Looks & feels just like the website, but first crashed ~2 min after installing. Why bother?

Since the last update. App won't open. It does open a Web page. But not the app. The app does not even show up in my installed apps in the play store so I can't Un install.

I believe that app wasn't tested before it went to google play. Slow, crashes, bugs, ... It would attract a lot of customers if Sears put a little effort in making a usable app.

Its just a shortcut to the website. Basically. It offers nothing else. No point in taking up storage space.

When trying to go back to previous screens app seems to forget where you were and you are forced to start your selections over and input your filters over. App is just the mobile site...missing features that are on full site like checking availability of items before actually placing order. Also does not support rotating the phone.

Exact same format as website from what I can tell. Can't view wishlist either. :(
