Not impressed! Watch your credit card statements people. Extra charges that don't show up in wallet balance, wallet balance that drops to almost zero the day after parking "$30 for $60 deal" purchased, inconsistent receipt notifications and non-existant support when attempting to resolve bug issues. So not impressed!

It's a many-step process to pay for parking -- which zone are you in? Okay, now which car are you? Okay, now how do you want to pay? Okay, how long do you want to stay for? Okay, please confirm. And every single one of these steps is on a different screen. And your time starts when you get to the first screen instead of when you pay, so you've spent time paying to use the app, lucky you, along with the excessive convenience charge. The default notification when you run out of time is also not great and I don't see super obvious ways to change it. Pay for parking by phone is convenient, but I'll probably usually just go to the machine.

City of Vancouver take a note how your app should work. Pay by phone deserves one star compared to this. It's the only app that messes with your security settings to work.

Nice application with quick navigation. Btw, set the title of your app! "Test" is not a great title for a production version ;).

Worked flawlessly when I used it going in and out of the hospital when my daughter was born. Gave me no issues in the many timed I've had to extend my parking time. Great parking app!

Would be nice if you could park outside the times posted on the street. Meter machines give a warning but allow you to park before 8am. As I work at 8 am I can't use the app which is inconvenient.

Haven't really delved into many of the features aside from just paying for parking, but it's pretty straight forward and does what it should so no complaints.

Very clever way to pay for parking. I no longer have to think about the meter number. 5* If you can shorten the steps required to pay for a saved place

I see confused people at kiosks in Westmount. Once saw 3 people stuck for 20 mins. App is easier to use, sends alert when the parking is about to expire. App charges, even on holidays or after hours, when no payment is needed. Kiosks handle free periods correctly, but it takes 5-10 minutes to get to info because they don't simply display that there is no charge. App starts clock when it opens, so by time you pay for 15 mins, you have 13 left.

A simple tool to manage your parking payment. I love in Surrey, so need to use MySurrey app to locate parking lot number. After that payment was a piece of cake. Note there is no promo code option .

Lost all data entered when I transferred phones... Once setup, there is no way to log out and back in with a different account. Lastly, takes about 11 clicks to pay for parking... Most others are 2 or 3

Much better than standing in a longline at a kiosks. But i Wish you could buy something less than a 4 hour interval

Set it and forget it! Three clicks and you're done.

Can't log in, keeps crashing...completely useless

So easy to use. You can setup multiple cars and save them, as well as multiple Credit Cards. Fantastic.
