My-Start

Owned this starter for a year, worked flawlessly. Until yesterday (Dec 14, 2017) I wasn't able to start my car. Not sure if this is a network or server issue but this needs to be addressed ASAP. Would've been 5 star but until they fix this, I will leave it at 1.

The dealership gave me this app with access 2 years ago when I got my new Mitsubishi Outlander. It used to work until yesterday I start getting this error message when I try to start the car "Could not send command, please try again later". Other functions in the app give same message as well... My car has no issues at all. Any support contact for this app?

Down recruiting my review it used to work perfectly and has for the last 10 months now all I get is authentication error there is zero customer support no phone number no email no one to call and I don't know what to do with it so I have move my rating from 5 to 2 when it works it's brilliant but now it's useless

Very laggy. Requires several button presses and sometimes takes 10 seconds to show any response. this on an iphone 6s. Not impressed at all. EDIT: All I can say is WOW. So, after writing the above, I emailed My-Start (Otodata Wireless). Email received rep next morning, and I replied with requested info. Got a call 30 minutes later after they performed some signal tests with the unit in my car and André spent 20 minutes explaining the ins and outs and different things to try. The problem is not the MY-Start, but likely the installation. Antenna was installed incorrectly, and its likely one of the wires was not installed to ignition. I have never experienced such prompt and excellent customer service....ever. Great work Otodata Wireless!!!!

Would not let me register

Work very well but wish it would tell me if the engine actually started as opposed to weather or not the signal was received I have a diesel and it doesn't always start on the first try in the cold and if I'm not parked close enough to see or hear from my appt I don't know if it starts or not.

App didn't work with my car did all I was asked to do with no resorts.

I used all the numbers in various combinations from my registration and all said "invalid." I see others had problems with the code but I found no answers. Nice concept but useless if it doesn't work. Uninstall I guess.
