Great app

I can keep track of my entire family in this app! Thank you!

This app is great but it should be able to get information from the doctors or hospitals or wherever automatically. I don't feel like spending 4 hours trying to enter stuff for multiple people or try to figure out which shots are what.

Keeps crashing and had to reinstall it several times. its quite frustrating when I finish entering all my kids info and it crashes again. Not a reliable app. I didn't want to use google drive (not secure enough) to backup the data. Not sure why you guys don't have a secure solution in your app and no reliability. please fix, very frustrating! When it actually works its a good app and easy and simple to use.

Great app when it works. Seems like I'm constantly having backup issues when moving to a new phone. Most recently I found that it didn't have my complete record and my child's record was completely missing. Back to paper record keeping I guess since the digital record can't be trusted.

My iOS device died completely and suddenly. Apparently there is no way to transfer data to my new Android. As of now, no cloud backup. A lot of work putting my records into the iOS device wasted.

Used it in the past with no issues. Deleted it and reinstalled on same phone, and now opens to complete black screen.

Backup restore from could destroed my data. Also I can no longer login or reset password via app. Design of the app is outdated. Also app does not indicate what is reported for child and what is not. Reinstall should pull data from gov immunization record as opposed to Google cloud.

I forgot my password and there is no way to reset it on the app. I also tried to go to the website and they're is no way to reset it on there either. So I uninstalled it.

Great app but backup does not work. I lost my whole family's records :(

Nice app for tracking the family vaccination records. I just wish I could have electronically imported the data rather than manually entering the data for each family member.

It was a good app but now when I enter my password it just goes to a black screen

There is no way to reset password. I have forgotten password but can't reset. Is there any help?

Works good buy needs a couple fixes.

I have been looking for an app like this. A family sharing function would be a great addition

Love it except for it not being synched with my public health unit and with my other devices.

I wish there was a way to record when my children have things like the chickenpox. The health nurse always asks and I'm starting to get confused about which kids have had and how long ago.

Was working well until recently when all the records I had disappeared with the Google drive problems and updates. That's why I've knocked the rating down to 3 stars. I'll hang on to it but I hope there's a way to get all my old records back rather than having to input them in all over again. Update: Thank you to the developers for their quick reply!

I hate not having physical records, and apps like this is why. I always back everything up to google, not that it mattered when i got a new phone. Nothing can be transfered and now all my records for my daughter are gone. Thanks...

Great idea

I like the App in genral. The idea is great; however, I couldn't understand why I need to scroll the calender in order to get the actual date I want rather than click the calender and select the date or jist enter the date which is more efficient way to input the data. Hope this can be changed when updating the version next time.

Neat app but it is not easy to edit dates when getting started and not easy to remove vaccines that are not applicable to every individual situation. Would be nice to see an update to include more customizable features and also access to ingredients lists. Not sure I'll continue using it.

Great for keeping track of my son's immunizations, and mine. As others have noted, however, it can be difficult to edit dates.

With the latest update I am not able to open the app. It's just a blank screen.....before the update the app was excellent......

I'd problem transferring with an old update which was fixed later, buy the most recent update make the app unusable. After opened my child'sb record I can't do anything, the app kept giving an error message saying I must save changes, but where?

App was updated and now after opening my record I can't navigate anywhere. I keep getting an error message saying "please save changes". I've gone through and resaved everything and even deleted and re-entered some but it hasn't resolved the issue. The app also crashes on me. Very frustrating! Update: The last crash seems to have now deleted not only my record but both my kids as well (which I wasn't getting error messages on)

Now that you can't backup from Google it's useless to me as I got a new phone. I need to update my records for my daughter but can't unless I charge my old phone.

It's not Accurate I have all my shots and its telling me I've never had any of my baby and child vaccines and I have.

Takes a bit to get info installed but then does its job. Needs to have synchronization restored to be highly valuable.

Great set-up for record keeping but I need the Google back-up feature restored.

Fulfills important need. Backup functionality needed so I can transfer to another phone.

I love the idea. But after spending DAYS entering all the info for my family, my phone updated and it all disappeared. Sorry, no use keeping an empty app. Uninstalled.

Used to like it but I have recently switched phones and now I can not reload my saved info for my oldest child.
