Make sure Nissan CAN/ USA have your personal info on file and that your car is eligible for this service. Register from a PC/ Tablet instead of your phone. Process seems easier that way. Service works from PC/TAB/MOBILE. Works well.

Forgot some things in my car, forgot my intelligent key at the office...used Nissan Connect to unlock my doors and get my stuff without having to double back and waste time. Brilliant. 2016 Rogue SL AWD.

I just purchased a 2016 Nissan Sentra SV with the Luxury package, called customer service and the reason why I am not able to create an account with the Nissanconnect services is because you have to have either the Sentra SR or SL, in those vehicles there is an SOS button in the console, the SV does not come with that so hence cannot use the Nissan Connect Services... now it makes sense :)

Once again Nissan.... I praise the quality vehicles you produce, but unfortunately you are behind on technology. When it works, it is forgettable at best. I really hope that the center stack gets a refresh to match the rest of the car. Very disappointed.
