If you’ve had trouble with a dropped call, coverage, or your data you can submit a report right when it happens, or send us a report after the fact. We will use this information to help improve the MTS Network for you.
Keeps freezing never seems to accept my reply to completed improvements.. just like the cell signal/coverage this app sucks too
Can't add additional information without the app crashing. Hopefully MTS used the information to provide better service and coverage.
The app keeps freezing if you try to type in the "additional info" spot when reporting a problem. Probably going to cancel my TV, move my cell phone to Rogers and just get Internet with shaw once my contract is up. I can't handle MTS for much longer.
MTS is brutal. Waiting to get access to Shaw in our area. Connection and speeds are embarrisng for what we pay.
A good app for reporting network issues. I sure hope this is the first step towards a full My Account mobile app that allows customers to track usage, etc.

The App idea was good at first, but n direct feedback received concerning the problems I identified. I have written letter to MTS VP of Customer Service concerning poor signal strength, frequent dropped calls and network cut off. No reply. At times we are unable to call out at all. The poor level of service is not acceptable with within the city limits (not cottage country) Many others having similar problems in Island Lakes, Royal Wood, South dale and Sage Creek. MTS is aware yet has not made upgrades.
