The Montréal - Resident Services app is free and easy to use. The app enables you to ask the city to address various situations.
Use it to report:
- Potholes
- Graffiti
- Broken street lights
- Damaged street furniture
- Cleanliness issues
And to request a tree branch collection.
These requests can currently be made in the following eight boroughs:
- Côte-des-Neiges–Notre-Dame-de-Grâce
- Le Sud-Ouest
- Pierrefonds-Roxboro
- Rivière-des-Prairies–Pointe-aux-Trembles
- Rosemont–La-Petite-Patrie
- Saint-Laurent
- Verdun
- Ville-Marie

The say it's in testing mode for 8 burough, but no mention as to which ones. I wanted to send a little comment about improvments in the "comment" section, but that title should say share. In contact section also no possibility to send an email only call. Should have an option on the sing-in page of check mark "remember me" so we dont need to re-enter all our info every time. It doesn't even auto-correct on that sing-in page. There should be 311 in the name, that would make it alittle easier to find the app. (like everyother city). One more comment, the map is not friendly, and impossible to move.. Do I really need to be standing in the middle of the street, on the spot that I'm reporting to send the location.

Quel potentiel incroyable! Dommage qu'il faut payer des données pour pouvoir rapporter des nids-de-poule. J'imagine que prendre des photos hors-ligne et les pousser sur le serveur une fois connecté n'est pas si dur à coder. Il serait apprécié également de pouvoir changer de langue. C'est un pas dans la bonne direction, Montréal, l'interface est belle!
