Cumbersome to navigate,confusing with no legend for symbols or colours (eg for road construction - red, blue, what?)

I'll give it three stars as i feel it's "up to snuff" only 50% of the time. Today it won't even load. Probably due to high demand since it snowed. It did show this morning that Benedet had been plowed when it cleary had not been.

I really don't understand this application i i guess you expect people to look at your application while driving a car? Google traffic does a better job of getting their news out easier to read.
