The RCM website is atrocious, so I'm not quite sure how to describe the app, other than to say they outdid themselves. Just like the website the ideas are there, they just don't work. Don't waste your time.

The concept of this app is great. The execution is very poor. The collection function could be much better executed. E.g. coins is a specific series, show missing coins. It's such a great way to drive engagement. But instead it's a big let down

Search field does not work. Will not accept my search inputs. At least not on my Nexus 5 phone. There are multiple field issues throughout this app. Wouldn't even accept my cell number in the phone field when trying to contact customer service through the app. Website is no better. Menu icon in top right corner does not respond when pressed. Overall, a waste of time.

Honestly the interface is so bad. It isn't very intuitive or user friendly. I got so frustrated I gave up using the app after about 30 minz

Dear Devs, Please fix this app. It is really unfunctional and worse than the mobile webpage which is very rare and uncommon. Please fix this app. It is broken and needs quite a bit of work.

Tried buying multiple coins and it would not add the second coin to the checkout.

Can't even use the app on rooted devices. Don't see the security concern here.

To close the app, you have 2 choices : 1/restart your cell phone ; 2/ have to click "back" - thousands times (if you did a lot) - until the beginning... Based on this app, it shows that they don't care what do we use it for... Their goal is just want to promote their coins in order to sell them to you... Such a bad app! So sad!!!

I’ve only been using the app for a very short time but have come to realise that it is more of a front end for sales rather than a useful tool to keep track of your collection. The tracking feature is very rudimentary. First of all, the back catalogue coins, sets or series is not completely available to be tracked. One example being the $20 for $20 series 2012 Queen’s Diamond Jubilee coin, Item # 118932. It cannot be found either on the app or anywhere on the RCM website for that matter. Secondly, there are some collectors who have more than one of a particular coin or set. Yet the app doesn’t allow for entering any amount for tracking purposes.

For some reason my collection is only showing a few coins and not my complete collection... But when I looked into the filter I see the various categories but when I want to see all the app only shows a few coins from my collection

All my collection is gone and will not upload. Windows are not opening properly, I can't even place an order

I thought i was using wrong password but it works fine on the PC. I reset the password and it still won't login on mobile but will on PC.

Well I downloaded the app to my cel phone and it's not in sight

Crashed several times trying to set up 'My Collection' - two different tablets. And crashed trying to Review as well. This is third try at that. Did it go through?

Download SuperSu from Play Store, go Setting, uncheck "enable Superuser" then restart the phone

As a software engineer who has rooted his device to add more security to his phone, I find it hilarious that you prevent this app from working on my device stating concerns over security; this is exactly why I rooted my phone, to make it more secure. This most be the only application in existence with this stupid restriction. Did it not occur to you guys that people who are able to root their phone actually know what they are doing?

Appends piece of wrong shipping address when you try to edit yours. A lot of overlaping elements, like coin name and price, for example. I find a new bug or two every time I own the app.

Some neat features but really slow to log in.

Can't remove anything from my cart, cant order anything from my cart. End up logging in from my PC to actually order. Please fix!

Love the mint

Offers a great way to track your collection and buy new coins. I highly recommend this app.

I guess the Mint doesn't want my business because I have a rooted device....some BS about security, except my rooted device has better security than most.

Application refused to open, poorly written. Causes security warnings on my phone, looks like it's poking around where it shouldn't be.

I told it to create my collection and it did so from my purchase history and it allowed me to manually add other coins. Well done!

Create my collection does not work... Goes to page not found.. With a phone number... Phone takes you to customer service not tech support and person who took call did not even know there was an app... Finally got tech support & was told to try again next day... 10 days later problem still there.

How is this possible? Literally the only app I've ever seen that can't open on a rooted device. Ridiculous.

Like the my collection. Subscriptions coins are just one icon not sure though if i would want to see all coins I received in that way separately

The app looks neat and tidy! I love that it has my order history but what I would like to see under the Manage is to keep track of how many coins I actually have. Qty I ordered and perhaps disposed of. Also love that I can add other coins that I purchased outside of the mint!

A shame that the App doesn't work on a rooted phone. Hope this gets changed soon!
