Love the app and use it all the time! The only thing I've noticed is that it seems to mix up north/south and east/west buses. It'll say less than one minute for a north bound bus, and then I see the south bound bus go past than the clock resets to 15 minutes and then my north bus will show up. Other than that, great app for finding routes!

WHY???? I cannot set times beyond 12 noon on my device, and I cannot see trips I have saved on my pc on my device!!! Since I have to travel in the afternoon, I can't see my saved trip when I'm travelling. Mindbending.... You really have to wonder how much testing is actually done on these applications. You really have to wonder how much design consideration is taken when developing these applications.

Good app, it's a lot easier to use the app rather than calling an operator.Bus time and routes is not accurate..it could be better.. other than that.. the app is very helpful.some additions.... it should provide maps for those off line or another ressource such as" call local transit company"... 2. They should add live chat with agent... make it accessible for.those who do not have the ability to see the screen 3. Operated / voice operator similar to google mapsor siri;having that automated voice is helpful for those who cannot coordinate themselves with a map. 4.should have updates on bus status like bus full,bus running late...etc... so you are left in limbo at times. 5. Visual GPS showing the tracking of the bus.. you can see exactly where it is and how far away it will be.. Other than that, it's a great app to use!!!!, I just believe they should advance the technology a lot more making it efficient for regular Day Riders on transit.

Google maps is better. Will not show your routes unless you have 5 minutes extra time. Has no added functionality over Google maps, and often gives me different routes for no apparent reason.

The 96B GoTransit bus doesn't appear on the search. Most of the time, Google Maps offers better transit route. Absolute waste of space, data and GPS info. Instead ask around to get better results.

Ok now you can select any start time even in the past. Still a 12hr clock with a little am pm. Silly bug where arriving at Union go bus it has you get on another bus and then the subway to get to union station when you could just walk across the street.

The timings of transits are not sure. Sometimes the bus goes like 7:15 and it says 7:18. If you want to use this nice application and see the timing of transits, make sure you have to be there 15 minutes earlier.

It's decent but could be better. I'd like to see a function that lets you set a weekly schedule that would automatically repeat so you didn't have to reset your trips every week (I commute to school at different times every day and it's hard to keep track of when I have to leave/return and what bus/train to take)

New user. Very handy to check bus departure and arrival times and alternate routes. No bugs found, so far so good.

It was a good app till last year but now its broken. Doesnt show you go trans, wrong bus routes

Sometimes it doesn't show the correct location and it also doesn't show all the available public commute vehicles playing in that route. I got lost twice because of this app.

Not allowing new user to sign up , while using proper combination which is given in the sign up instructions Did tried doing install and uninstall still not working

Could stop # be shown for start of trip, connection and end of trip points so that we know we are heading in correct direction

Still very hard to access a schedule for a specific stops or full day schedule... Password settings are way too prohibitive when trying to register...

Wow I want the old version back. No idea why they had to make it so hard to add favorites as well.

Excellent trip planner for the GTHA.

I use this app everyday. It has all the schedules and routes. Don't know what I was doing before it.

It's complicated to use.. Too many steps to view the go train schedules. Also, it does not provide current train/bus status at union station. Also, it's annoying every time you need to sign in after the app is updated. Your favourite trips are not available if you don't sign in

Excellent app! Let more of the GTA public know about it! Some more offline functionality would be even better. Perhaps once a week downloadable route information. The UI could be simplified a bit. It feels a bit... um.. 'clunky.'

This app is good for travelers like me who take public transportation but at the same time it isn't accurate for bus times and connections. I would double check the bus schedule and leave time for transferring from bus to bus etc to get to your destination. It's helpful for planning trips too if you have to go somewhere and it updated of closers in Toronto or detours. When using this app don't forget to give yourself some extra time to travel to save you from stressing out and enjoy your commute more.

I love this app it helps me plan to leave and it provides me with different route options. Unfortunately you can't look at past routes/times etc. Which occasionally would come in handy if it was available.

Why do you ask for such a complex password to setup an account. My online banking does not have such complex password requirements. I don't plan to use this app for this reason only.
