Using this app is a lifesaver. I don't have a family doctor, I have a baby and a husband who works away. Sitting around in walk in clinics to get something as simple as prescription refill is infuriating. The receptionists and doctors were very kind and accommodating after a glitch made me lose my appt. They got me back in the system right away. Thank you

Works great but doesn't ask for permissions in Marshmello. Had to manually give it permission to use the mic and my camera

Dr never appeared in appointment other than to review, wouldn't respond to the receptionist either... got no where without the Dr.... isn't that the point? to see a dr?

I love medeo, we went through a major doctor shortage and usually all I need is a prescription, I won't sit in a doctor's office with sick people for that. Love this!

Some confused individuals think this is the place to rate their doctors instead of the app. I suppose they would give an email app a bad review if someone emailed them a disturbing message. In any case, I have helped a doctor friend test this app and it works fine for what it is. The video was a bit choppy at times.

A simple issue and when I submitted the request the coordinator said they were all fully booked for the night and I'd need to see a Dr physically. I just needed guidance, let the Dr decide if they need me to come in. What's the point of this app then?

Quick, painless and no waiting! I set up an appointment with a coordinator, went to the gym, had my doctor's appointment during my workout; I went to my pharmacist after the gym and my prescription was ready! Works great for simple prescriptions.

With my hectic schedule I can never find the time to get to the Dr's or clinic. Medeo is an amazing idea and app.

Went to my normal walk in at 2 in the afternoon and they were already closed for the day with too many patients. I remembered this app and signed up. Coordinators were super nice, got an appointment for a time that worked for me and got a doctor's note for my work. The app seems perfect for stuff like this and quick prescription refills when your doctor is not available.

They can never seem to help me. They always suggest a walkin clinic I can't leave the house I can barely move

App crashed when transferred to the doctor. Had to reconnect from my laptop instead.

Great service. The app itself can be a bit finicky at times, but it worked well enough for me. I've used the service twice now for some simpler known medical issues, and they were nice and quick. Total time for my experience from setting up an appointment to the end of my talk with the doctor was about 30min. If I had gone to a walk-in clinic, it would have taken hours of waiting to finally see the doctor. More British Columbians should be using this to ease the clogging of patients at walk-in clinics.

I went to 3 different walk in clinics to find them filled and not taking anymore patients for the day. Then out of plain luck came across this service app. Skeptical at first thinking extra charges other than my care card. Nope just straight forward. Really surprised me how quick I was speaking to a doctor and processed my prescription about an hour later. Waited for the Pharmacy longer than a doctor which blew my mind. Hope they do an app for Pharmacies next.

I couldn't be happier with this app! Best to try in the mornings when it's not so busy. That way you're only waiting a minute or two. I've waited 30 mins before connecting to anyone if I try in the middle of the day. Very informative doctors and staff and quick delivery of prescriptions. Thanks again Medeo!

Great app except lately it always requires a secret code to login. Everytime. Pretty annoying.

Just downloaded app and it doesn't even give an option to create account. It just asks for my username and password...guess what, I haven't created an account because its not an option!!! How do I use this if I cannot create an account! Bummed!

As a stay at home mom with an extremely unreliable vehicle it is difficult to travel across Surrey and sit in my doctor's office for three hours waiting for him. It is great I don't even have to leave my home for a prescription or a referral. Doesn't support the nexus 4 which is annoying but I have a tablet too so no harm done. Excellent coordinators and doctors. :) Brianna is my favorite coordinator easily.

For routine or minor issues this service is a progressive use of health care. Being able to see a doctor has never been so efficient. I wish this service existed all across Canada. 10/10 would recommend to you and your family!

This review is for the app not the service. I couldn't get the app to work. I've used the service with success on my iPad and MacBook Pro. This app on my Moto G will not show video and the audio didn't work. The receptionist called and said it works more reliably with Apple products.

First time using it and I loved it.

I was skeptical at first but I did get a prescription refilled within minutes and saved me a trip across the city to my doctor! Very very happy! The Future is here

Surprisingly good quality video and sound over a 3G connection. An impressive solution for many medical needs.

Started my session at 8pm waited till 8 50pm for the receptionist to tell me the doc left early. Straight joke. Also the docs are the ones no one will see in person lmao so don't plan on getting advice that helps ask a vet more luck:)

So far, this app has saved my butt twice when it came to medical emergencies! Highly recommended!

My phone is not the greatest but I have a nexus 7. But the nexus cannot download this application, why the restriction? P.s I used titanium backup to copy the application from my phone to my tablet and it worked great....

This is the most useful app in the world. I can't believe how amazing the MOA's and doctors are. Hands down a MILLION times better than going into a crowded doctors office. This exceed my expectations. ...im in aww of how perfect this worked.

A great concept and excited to try this service out....
