Medavie Blue Cross Mobile for Android
Everytime I made an attempt to submit a photo of my invoices, it would just refresh me to the main screen of the app. Judging from the comments, looks like the bug was never resolved. Get it together.
I don't use this app often, but I haven't had any problems with it when I needed it - I like the fact that I can use fingerprint login. Makes your card info easily available, and that's what I use it for most often.
Terrible. Crashes 9 out of 10 time you try to log in. Keeps asking me to reset my password but will not accept anything. Finger print sign in makes the app close. Deleting this terrible app
Every time I try to log in it says something went wrong and even when I change my password it doesn't work.
Like everyone else said, it wouldn't let me log in so I couldn't use it

Very convenient.
Can only submit pics of receipts. I'm on my phone. How am I supposed to print a receipt? Why would I want to print a receipt when I should be able to just submit the soft copy. Useless.
Blue Cross management should be disgusted with themselves for allowing such a crappy app to be released. I can assure you, your customers are disgusted with you.

Won't even let me sign in. Just says, "There was a problem. This is awful. Sunlife was much easier to submit.
I can't even log in. After inputting my username and password, I get a blank dialogue box that says "Accept/Decline"
Can't log in, keeps saying "something went wrong" then a weird "accept/decline" box. Very frustrating...
Just tried to register my account and it wont let me past the change password page. The save button does nothing and there are no other options. Im stuck on this page. Useless app.
This app is garbage and will not accept a new password even though I am forced to do one. Congratulations to whoever created this.
Terrible app. Makes it so difficult to submit a co pay claim with just the image. Always getting denied saying they need proof the other company paid. LOOK AT THE INVOICE YOU'RE MAKING ME SUBMIT! Not very user friendly. Can't see pending claims to get an update on status or even that the claim has been received.
Doesn't give me the option to submit a claim via the app. That's the whole reason I downloaded it to begin with.
The app won't access my photos or PDF receipts. The only reason to use this app is to submit claims. Can't do it. Useless.

Tried to register not getting temp password. Emailed developer and got an email immediately that it failed. Terrible app and not organized very well for issues. And still even when contacting customer service team instead of helping me they tell me to go to the app. HELP me..
Tells us the app is no longer supported and I need to update. When you click on the update it will bring you back to the same message. So I uninstalled my old app and reinstalled. Still the same problem.
For the first few days it worked great but then I kept getting the message that this app is out of date and would tell me to update. But there is no update available. To bad. Don't waste your time.
Same issue as many people. Says to update but there is no update available! Please fix these bugs, your primary interface with your clients should have no downtime!!

As soon as I open the app a msg prompts saying I need to update it. There is NO UPDATES AVAILABLE! Useless.
No temporary password provided via email as indicated on download 5 days ago. Sent email to address provided with no response.

Every time I try to log in it makes me reset my password. I have taken screenshots of my password each time I reset it to ensure that I remember it correctly. It is very annoying and probably the worst app I have used. Very user unfriendly in many other ways as well.
