useless if you cant submit basic claim, have to send paper claim...whats the point then? competitors are way ahead

Always in maintenance mode at nights when I want to use it. Piece of crap!

Maybe there is a way to submit a claim but it is not clear at all. I do like how you can see your last claims submitted. Also, your customer service is awful, i called in 3 times now about a claim and followed your instructions yet each time nothing happens. And to top it off i wouldnt have known if i didnt call.

Great west life's app is much better. Unable to check what my coverage entails, how much coverage has been used, unable to view submitted claims and what has been paid outm Can view recent claims sometimes, if it's on your homepage. But they are gone from my homepage now, and there is no option to review them. I guess within the last month is not considered "recent."

It worked well before and now it keeps saying service error. Not impressed at all.

I was hoping that the app would be better than the garbage main web site. It isn't.

App is useless. Go to submit a claim and the buttons refuse to do anything.

This app is identical to what you get on there mobile page...what's the point?

The app is the website and not an actual stand alone app. That's ok, but clicking on the Select dropdown to select provider type doesn't open anything. This also happens in any other browser I have tried (IE, Chrome, Edge, Safari, all the latest versions).

Could not log in into the App or website for days now - due to overnight maintenance issues? Only problem is that I am getting this message during afternoon hours.

You can view your claims which is helpful; however, I cannot find where to submit claims, as the description promises. The app is effectively a bookmark for a website. @Manulife consider changing the misleading description. Best not to overpromise and underdeliver with customers to pad download stats. Looking forward to the day I can submit claims on here.

This app doesn't really do much of anything and what it does do it just connects to the external Manulife websites. Easier to just add a bookmark on your home screen.

This app used to work fine, but now it keeps saying 502 server error and won't load anything

Very buggy, drop down menus on claim form page doesn't work on my galaxy s 7 edge. Can't use the app to submit claims because of it and that was the only reason I downloaded it.

U can put a claim in for physio, dental, sports med etc but u can't put a claim in for optometrist? One of the top three things people put claims in dental, drugs and eyes and u don't allow eyes glasses to be processed?

Don't understand why I need to give permission for this app to know my location. Why do they need my location for me to submit and review claims?

The app is literally the mobile website in a native application wrapper. With that said it appears to have some basic features, but it definitely needs a lot of work to become a useful tool.

Description boasts you can submit claims on the go when you are out and about. Fantastic, that is a great option to have in this app! The only problem? There doesn't seem to be any options to actually be able to do this. Menu allows me to see previously submitted claims but no way to submit new ones... very disappointing considering this was the only reason I downloaded it.

I enjoy the convenience of being able to submit claims almost immediately, however when something has gone wrong or they audit one of my claims, not enough information is provided through the app. This should either be fixed or automatically send you an email with the details of the issue. It is very frustrating to try and figure out what is going on, on the app.

I can never access the site because restrict it after a certain time! I work graveyards so am very rarely awake when it's actually available to access. Make it available 24/7 and I'll think about a better rating!

Keep on saying experiencing technical difficulties. It is suppose to be easy to submit claims.

App so plain!! Only show cliam history nothing else. At less put something like how much credits we have left we used and remain in dental, pharmacy, eyewear, and massage. This are the main important part. And than second step is recently review what, where, and how much we been using. Not just plains app.

Doesn't respond when you try to submit a claim. Most menu buttons don't work. Sunlife has a much stronger app and system. Manulife needs an app that works to adapt to changing client needs.

Online claims submission option doesn't work. It is a tweaked mobile version of their website. Their website on desktop browser doesn't allow you to submit claims online either. Blue Cross app is far better than Manulife's.

Entered my claim info just like on the website. Works great. Recommended.

Usability is terrible. If you have access to website - use it. Website is also terrible, but at least mouse and keyboard are useful as you'll need to type a lot into many many fields. No easy way to submit multiple claims of the same type, have to retype everything. Can't submit over 7 claims per day! I specifically collected all claims to file in a single day, now I have to wait till tomorrow. Very disappointed in claim submission process from Manulife in general.

This is not an app, it only opens up the mobile site version in a custom built web browser. Takes an eternity to load the pages (couple of minutes for every single one)
