Kudos for being the only app that doesn't just have the 12 exercises from the sample program. But the routine needs to alternate muscle groups even on random. I can't do wall squats right after jump squats. You should also tag dynamic and isometric exercises because isometrics are contraindicated for hypertensives.

Why didn't they put diagrams for each excersise so people know what they are and how to perform them correctly. Without diagrams the excersise word has no meaning to a lot of people.

A random set of exercises is so much more motivating than the same routine each day! New feature suggestions: 1. Cycle through muscle groups, don't have pushups and scapular pushups right after each other! 2. Show simple pictures of the moves with the name, like the apps 'the fabulous' or '7 minute yoga'. 3. If you add a voice saying the name of the exercise (as another user suggested), please make it optional, so users can turn it off! Thanks! (And don't allow users to change the timing)

This app random exercises is a great feature! I only wish it had some more basic features like: 1. Workout log 2. Exercises pictures 3. Speak exercises names 4. Change time of exercises Keep on the great work!
