Installed version 2.8.1 on Android 7.0 but doesn't work. Looks like a bunch of HTML pages from 1992 (I wish I could post pictures in this comment), so experience is atrocious - won't use. Tried to uninstall, clear data caches, etc., reinstall, to no avail. Will call customer support, but they are closed on weekend. Sigh!

Claim limits are ridiculously low before it forces you to the paper claims option. Interface is poorly designed and claims submission could be much friendlier.

Need to log in for each session and mistaken passwords auto-lock you out very quickly with no online recourse to unlock.

I downloaded this app over a month ago and it hasn't worked once. Just a blank white screen.

Don't like how I can't reset my password when I get locked out!

Needs Nougat update only displays html pages cannot use.

You must provide a French version

This is mostly a great way to submit claims and stay updated on how much coverage you still have. My only suggestion would be to change how access to submitting claims works if you haven't responded to an audit. It would be better to leave the menu navigation there, but have it take you to a notice that you need to submit a receipt for audit. Otherwise, it is very easy to not realize that you have to do this.

Some functions, such as balance of certain benefits, doesn't work probably due to privacy issue. But if it doesn't work fully, then why made it? At least e-claim works, but the automated email reply is poorly set up. I am guessing it sends a reply after certain amount of hours after submitting an e-claim. Problem is that it has sent me email at 4am and another time barely passed 7am. Also the email is utterly useless because it doesn't tell you whether your claim has been approved or not.

This app answers all of your most common questions when it comes to your benefits and even gives you that edge like finding the providers that are associated with Great West Life and much more. I love it!

Keeps closing on me get half way through a claim and then bye bye start over again

Won't even let me add my banking info to my profile for direct deposit of funds. This makes the app next to useless as I can't submit claims. Spoke on the phone to great west, who said I now have to mail banking info and it will takes multiple weeks now before I can use the app.

Good app. Easy to review claims and submit new ones. One thing would be helpful would be to allow spousal information to be stored in the app so one doesn't have to enter it every time for those of us who who have coordinated plans.

Fine app. Or at least it would be ID it didn't crash. Crashes on me almost every time.

The website is just as dismal. No online submission? Clunky and limited function. Don't bother. Really shows zero interest in what your customers want or need.

Have been on the phone with them, unistalled, and keep reinputing info and it won't take my banking info!

They have all my critical information but they lack the insurers name. When your dealing with the drug card. If they could add that I'd be much happier. Just wasted 45 minutes at the drug store trying to get a script with incomplete information. Not a happy camper.

Works ok but I've seen better apps from other providers. Little lacking on information and claims history/tracking.

Seriously. It's 2015. There's no excuse for how bad this app looks and how clunky it is to navigate. Crappy, even for a crappy iOS port.

I just downloaded the app ad have tried to send an E claim and it keeps saying no responding. Very irrated. It won't load.

This is app is crap. Can't file any claim with it. Take a look at Blue Cross app.

I Uninstall the app and now I can log in again.

Issue with login, just sits there spinning a wheel and times out. To get around that, I click login, then use the menu option to go to home directly, after that no issues

I get prescription medications directly from my doctor and they do not direct bill my insurance company. I downloaded this app to claim these meds but because it isn't from a pharmacy I can't. I've spent thousands recently and have to wait weeks for a refund.

So nice to have this application, offers alot of functionality right at my fingertips. Great work Great west life. Cheers!

Really user friendly, simple app, works great every time (can't say that for the website version). Top notch for all Great West Life clients.
