For those who are complaining, this app works in accordance with the new PIK system which is only in use at Ottawa and Vancouver at the moment. Also, you need to scan the app QR code before you do anything, including selecting your language on the language selection screen. It works fine for me, and for many other friends that I've talked to

Super idea just was thinking of it on way back from Europe month ago. As a truck driver crossing to USA should be usefull for truckers too coming back to Canada. Now think about fast card with finger print in qr code sys. Perhaps finger scan at border together with qr code finger scanned in passport.

This app does not work. It is not supported in Vancouver, as it suggests. Avoid using for the time being. Actually, just disable this until the airports have their act together.

What a horrible country. Tax you like crazy.

This is a bitta APP with a very good concept. Sooner, they can apply the eDeclaration at a Toronto Pearson Airport and all Canadian boarders. It is time to do away with paper Declaration and embrace EDeclaration.

Nice idea but useless for me at the moment. Only supports Vancouver Intl and Ottawa airports

Although it is heavily advertised at Pearson International, Pearson is not one of the choices. Bit of a letdown given how far they have come on a number of other fronts

Great idea; looking forward to use it when it's avl. at more airports. Please make app installable on a SD card (to save main phone memory)

Thanks for developing this app. Please keep us informed which airport(s) will have the self-service kiosks deployed after YOW.

Looking forward to try it at Toronto and Vancouver Airport. Field testing will be starting end of the month for Vancouver. From what I heard, air crew will be able to use it too.

Only one airport! Why not name it and say more to come? I have flown to 14 airports in Canada but never Ottawa. Why waste my time until there are at least 2 airports!

Could have been a great idea being able to answer your customs declaration on your device, but this only answers some of your questions. You still have to visit a machine to fill out the rest and have your picture taken and then it spits out a piece of paper (so it's not a paper saver either) and visit an agent if you answered yes to any of the questions you have to get in line to see another agent. So one stop became two, possibly three. Now customs takes longer cause I have to stand in a few different lines now. I'm just going to carry around some paper declarations instead.

Nowhere near production ready when the service doesn't support most airports. And why claim it can save time when your disclaimer states that it can't guarantee any time savings? Why not make a claim you can stand behind?
