Would love some updates to fix the Bluetooth icmp Unit. We have 20 times more declined transactions with this than with square and the app could be much more user friendly. Should be able to access a running daily total. The email receipt function should only allow one email sent

Have no end in site for problems in downloading. Keeps giving me the internet store version with a cart and no one at first data or beamstream can fix it. Kicks me out and have to leep resigning in. Pin unit constantly going off and needs reboot. Poor results with having sales not complete or reversed. Lost over 100.00 worth of sales and had people walk out over issues. Over 4 hours on the phone with no results. Rubbish

No end of frustration trying to get this to work. All but 1 of my approx 20 test transactions were 'reversed'. Dealing with 2 companies, First Data & Beanstream with the issues also frustrating. Cancelled my account today.

Very bad company sales guy give you promise that can not keep and when you call you get transfer support all over but still no result from this is very bad customer service company..... I like to give them negative but no option for this....
