Would be a great app if there was a volume control button my original remote broke and I had the volume turned down now I can't turn it up please add the volume. 5 stars if you add it

Pure TRASH. Don't waste your time. As bad as their customer service

Great app, find it much easier to find my shows on the app VS. the channel guide on the TV. For those that say they're not getting a pairing code to appear on their TV, check your other TV's - you may be accidentally trying to pair with the wrong receiver.

After updating it can't find the receiver. Used to love it but doesn't work anymore

It works, but has a very sloppy UI. Trying to favorite channels is near impossible.

Waste of time. Waste of space. Waste of money. We pay a lot of money to bell yet they cant even make a good app.

Found my receiver but would not give me pairing code.

Was working, now it's not , on Samsung tab A. No guide shown at all.

I tried this on the recommendation of the bell sure but it doesn't display the pairing code so I can't use the app.

It's so slow and unresponsive that it is unusable. I'm on an LG G3. This is not a slow budget phone. Have you actually tested the app on a phone or just in the development kit? It makes no sense that you think the app is good to go.

The guide now scrolls smooth enough to make it easy to use and the change to the search feature made it accessible and functional on my high resolution phone! Thank you!

Says it found receivers on network then click next to get pairing code. Code never shows on tv to pair with app. Doesn't work on any of my devices. Total junk.

This app use to be great but the latest update had rendered it useless. I've tried uninstalling the app but the guide is blank.

Used to work well, now I can't see the guide, so what am I recording?? Been this way four a few weeks, I uninstalled it and re-installed 4 times Geez

Can't get past step 4 on either my Note 3 nor my Tab A. Not sure if this is a Samsung issue but please fix and I'll give it a shot. Otherwise I'll just keep using the Peel Remote app that allows me to control my audio receiver too.

Idk why everyone is being so negative, it works perfectly for me anyways.. There is no volume button which is annoying but I don't think any apps can change volume. Its really nice to have a better view of the guide and be able to look around without affecting what's playing, there's also a convenient favorites section which you can choose to display only channels you pick or all, very easy to navigate. I use on a motoG and its not glitchy or anything and it works from anywhere in my house. I recommend it

I like the app... very useful when away from home and you want to set your pvr to record a certain show. But, I find scrolling the guide very l unresponsive and lags. User interaction should be tweaked.

I just had Bell Fibre OP installed I'm my house Friday. ..tv,phone and Internet...app can not find a bell fibre op receiver ...meanwhile I am standing directly in front of it.

Search function crashes the app. Search is unusable. Also extremely slow in all other areas. This app is fully unusable. Hasn't been updated since 2014.

Won't pair. App is non functional. I will be deleting it from my apps.

Currently unusable until I completely reinstall app....lose favorites for 5th time....and completely reboot routers.... Tv box...etc.not worth it. Too much hassle resyncing with tv boxes every month for no reason!!!!!

The app is great but whenever I try to use the search feature it freezes and I have to restart. I've tried reinstalling but it didn't work.

Leave it to Bell Aliant to not have a TV access mobile app for their Fiber up TV yet create a gd remote app to control your receiver i mean huh?

The pairing code will not display on my t.v. thus rendering me unable to use the app. Tried it on several pvrs ant t.v.''s.
