Updated review; I use this all the time to submit receipts. Until I read someone's review about storage permissions needed, it never started the upload progress remaining at 0%. I've emailed them about the problem and they claim that it's the first they've heard of it! To fix this go into settings, apps, ez claim, permissions and turn on storage. Pictures upload now no problem!

Contacted support. Their recommendations didn't work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times, ensured that the pics are of appropriate size and the app simply no longer works. It stalls when you press the submit button. Very disappointed.

I would love to be able to submit a claim unfortunately every single time I take a picture of a receipt the app crashes!!!!! Please fix the problem. This app actually has potential

After few attempts and figured the app storage permission was restricted. I think you will need an app update for newer android os devices so storage permission gets prompted to grant access. Standard users will not know what's going on and think the app is broken and always stuck at 0% submit percentage.

Tried many times to submit several types of claims. Once I click submit it just sits at 0% on the progress bar for submitting it forever.

It never finishes loading resources so I couldn't even try the app. What a waste.

Very simple and straightforward to submit a claim. Contains just the basics but it's all I need

I downloaded the app and im having trouble getting the photo to load. It finishes 100% and then it says error. I need this app to file claims please help!!

Everytime I take a picture, the app crashes

I do t want to sign out I just want to close the app without hitting my home button and there is no other way to do this. Please fix so it's not always running when im not using it. I'm also not seeing my claim submission on my list. Did it go through? No idea!

Could you guys let us save Usernames? It would be a good idea.. Passwords would not need saving.. But usernames would be usefull

Very hard too retrieve your user name and password!

Can't enter claim amount in dental. So it won't reimburse you. You need to enter an amount to be reimbursed. Sucks.

Super convenient and easy. Simple, but has all the features I need.

You cannot file a claim unless you are set up for direct deposit. Not a fan.

I don't think it can get any easier to claim your expense

When entering the direct deposit information it says that it has saved but it still says saving. It even said that it was saved and asked to continue. I tired several times, same think every time. Please fix.

Cannot submit a claim. It keeps redirecting me to direct deposit page. Won't save my direct deposit info (like previous review). Please fix bugs as this App is just complete garbage right now.

Can't get app to work!!!..

When I click no to having other benefit plans it still wants me to fill in the fields. So it wouldn't let me get past the first registration part. This needs fixed.

Added all my information for my family and I, went in to look at the information and it was gone. Tried to re add the information and couldn't hit the done button when complete.

It crashes every time I take or upload a picture.

Doesn't appear to allow you to finish setting up your profile in 4.4 Green OK button does nothing.

Can't get past the initial registration page.

I just updated to version 2.0 and love the new features. It has grabbed all of my claim history from my account, not just what I submitted from the app.

I wasn't able to use the previous version since I couldn't enter and save my info. This new version ties into the website and it's great.
