App was good until the update. Now information searches go nowhere and many errors are returned. Come on! You guys want more riders ship. Stop making it less efficient!

Was great until the update made it an interactive wallpaper basically. Typical ETS. 95 dollars for a bus pass and they can't even do an app right or have a decent system of busses. Disappointed but not surprised.

I used to think this app was not bad just for checking when your bus is going to show up. But now, as others have said, it doesn't do ANYTHING. It really shouldn't take this long to fix such a huge flaw in an app...

App has not been showing any information for days. No bus routes, not bus stop numbers- absolutely nothing. Used it for years, now doesn't work at all.

Was great until the latest upgrade. It now takes up space on my phone. Completely inactive, shows NO routes or busstops.

Wow thank you for the full upgrade. It's much faster, works perfectly fine, all my Fav bus stops are still there.

Hasn't shown any information in over a week,tried uninstalling and reinstalling and absolutely no change

What happened? I can't access any of my favorites. The update really played havoc on the app. Please fix asap!

Good app until the update. Now nothing works. Favourites are unaccessible, eta unavailable. NOTHING WORKS.

Ok so normally this app works about 50/50 but now not at all..

Better now that more busses have the GPS. Needs Trip Planner added. Stop changing ETA to N/A when 15 minutes late - that extra 10 minutes I can stay at home before needed to leave for my stop would be really welcome in -20!

Great idea, terrible execution. When you have city of Edmonton employees from 311 telling us NOT to use this app, something is very wrong. GPS doesn't work/update several times a month.

Borderline useless. Older version allowed you to plot departure point and destination, date and time and it would come up with options. This version just provides stock routes and stops info and keeps defaulting back to current date and time

UI Sucks, interfaces are old and clunky, and there is little information here that can't be obtained by far better providers. ETS, you should be ashamed to put your name on this garbage. Mapping doesn't work on 2 of my devices AT ALL, unless you know your stop numbers ahead of time - it's useless... unless that is a capability hidden behind awful UI - which isn't an unreasonable possibility with this thing.

Only showed the bus routes going one way. Gave me the same times as the PAPER PAMPHLETS you get on the bus, and the maps never showed! Waste of space and time to download, I'll stick to Google Maps.

Currently I am having a issue where the app wont display anuy bus info. I have to refresh the info then it displays the routes. But when I choose the map it wont display anything.

Didn't work for over 2weeks. Apparently needed an update, but never bothered to inform me of that. There are other options that work better.

Lets me check my saved stops quickly, new update works well.

This would be great if the information was actually live and not just a repeat of the website. If I wanted a list of the times a bus is supposed to come at I would just go to the website. What I want is the ability to see if a bus is on time or delayed. I want to see what Google maps shows (but with more accuracy). I can't believe you spent money on this junk

The app hasn't worked for over 24 hours. Every time I open the app it stops working due to "technical difficulties". I haven't been able to use it since noon yesterday, 30 hours ago.

Use Transittimes+ or the free ad supported version ( don't worry no pop ups), and it's far better. It downloads OFFLINE TIME TABLES, which ETS Live to go DOES NOT... If you lose your connection at all the app can't give you info about the time tables as a default, which is of use even when lacking live position information. Position information is a hell of a lot better in Transittimes than this half backed app-not to mention very intuitive.

It's pretty bad. I had a hard time figuring out what the functionality of this app was. The app is slow at times or it will give me an error and quit. ETS had a really good opportunity to integrate this info with something easy to use like Google Maps and provide lots of functionality/features for mobile users. ETS really dropped the ball on this one. It's a waste of taxpayer money at best.

I got this app so I would be on time and know when the buses would be coming or if they'd be late but it's so inaccurate and still messes up my commute schedule! And when you go to mention it to ETS they don't reply. Such a bad and sad company. I do NOT recommend this app or ETS

Library compatibility issues with Android N. There needs to be an option to download an offline copy of the route schedule. Only advantage over other apps is the ability to track real time smart bus routes. It also needs to have the ability to nickname bus stops as it's difficult to remember every single bus stop location precisely.

Until they fix this, it only works of you know what exact points you want. You can't see the entire schedule. You can't see alternate routes. I really hope this isn't the final version... Wow. Un-installed.

The app is not very user friendly. Manually search of address does not work very well. MonTransit app is a better choice.

Not very useful to me. Would be better if there was a trip planner like the website, and gps tracking for buses.

Best ets app for looking up bus stop info. Its not a trip planner. For that use Google maps. This app is for checking when the bus will come, live data from the GPS busses, route information, and seeing what busses will show up at a specific stop, and when. Its a lot like the ets-stops app but with more functionality and more polished.

The app doesn't work. Half the time it says estimated time is N/A. Audit shows buses are actually 5to10 minutes early 50 percent of the time causing people to miss the bus.

Was expecting trip planner. This app is useless. I will continue using the online trip planner instead.

Suggested improvement for your app: tie in the GPS and route schedules to an app notification so that if a bus is more than 10 minutes late, the app generates an alert to the customer's device. Having just missed 3 overly delayed busses today on the same route number because of the way you drop them off the display after a certain time has been extremely frustrating!
