Heat Balance

Heat balance check is a typical calculation at inquiry, sizing or operational stage of a heat exchanger to ensure process parameters specified or measured are consistent.

This App allows user to specify 5 process parameters, and it will calculate the remaining 2 parameters based on thermal balance.

This App supports a variety of possible parameter combinations, and will pop-up alert messages if the specified input parameters are invalid.

User can choose preferred input and output units directly besides each input box and on the result panel.

Please note that this App is also available as part of a prepackaged Heat Exchanger Toolbox. Before downloading this App, please check to see if the toolbox is better suited for your needs.
