Domino's Pizza Canada

It's not that easy to use. It would be easier if you could edit the coupons simply instead of deleting the whole order and starting again with a different coupon to try and find the best deal for the menu items you want to order. Maybe suggest the best coupon to match your selections.

My one issue with the app (and reason for giving one less star) is that adding physical coupons rarely works for me. Obviously since I'm a deal hunter this is a problem. Otherwise I find the app very easy to use and I like that you can save your normal order. Good app.

Although this app has great deals, it's hard to look them up since my address is no longer in range for delivery since 3 updates ago. So I have to call to order, not knowing what any of the deals are.

I don't give less stars for UX design downfalls if the app works 100%, which this does. It works great and has a lot of function, so I understand the compromises that were needed for the sake of it, versus being too simple. I personally love it, but some might not.

Good enough. Clunky, had to close/reopen after login to remember favourite order. Can't add more to coupon orders (Desert, side orders) with ease so they are losing potential sales.

I have anxiety talking on the phone to people. This is the least amount of human interaction I have to have in a day and it's wonderful! I've only ever had a coupon code not work one time which is a pretty good average.

I'm very disappointed with this app! When I placed my order it didn't say "we will get right to your order eh!" Isn't that what Canadian hospitality is all aboot! Also they don't deliver to the U.S. which is weird cause Canada is just our hat.

I much prefered using this, until coke decided it needed to say refreshed by coke at the bottom. It cuts off messages and other buttons and there is no way to remove it. Get rid of it and the app is perfect

So I have a free pizza ry ans use it and app and website says oops can't having trouble. What a load of shite

Love the app but the address portion of it needs to be adjusted. The location closest to me does deliver to my house but it states it doesn't on the app. Sooooo. I am missing points due to this and the app is useless to me :(. I have written Dominos more than once in regards to this !!!

Easy to use. Saves your address and has options to save an order if you're not only too lazy to cook but too lazy to even be bothered to go through all the steps of ordering each time. Earn points for a free pizza too.

The ''edit'' button is awful. UX is complicated. And they changed their pricing; any topping add to the cost now. No no.

Great pizza. Should be allowed to use multiple coupons per order. Frustrating to try and figure out the best price for multiple items but if you call them it is easy. App should be easier than calling.

Much easier than on the phone and even 10 times easier than on the website. I normally dont get apps for things i can just do online (not even facebook!), because i find they mess up a lot or it becomes even more complicated somehow, but this app is awesome. Way to go dominos!

First thing I noticed was that I could earn a free pizza. Also they put a coupon section in so you have access to their deals. Great app

Boy howdy, I do love me some Domino's pizza, Whoo BOY! This app dun makes er easy as mf pie (git it?) to get a dough ball to me, and a got dang dough ball IN me. I mean, these rootin, tootin genius computer wizards even have a newfangled timer that tells customer folk when they threw the darn food frisbee in the cooking rectangle! I'll be hot danged if this isn't the best Italian food obtaining application I ever used, and I'll challenge any hate mongerers to find a better one.

Great app, when your local store isn't having connection issues. Would also be nice if the local staff updated their tracker properly, and didn't on occasion make us wait for two hours, causing us to order from Pizza Pizza instead, then show up with cold food and the wrong order.

Easy to use. Which i like. If its too much work and complicated i won't use it. This one i like alot. It gets me my pizza fast! Lots of options too.

Needs a better reward program. 10 points per 10 dollars should be what we get not capped at 10. I frequently use your store and I feel like I get dry humped everytime I see 10 points for a 40$ order....

There should also be a tracker widget. Physical coupons don't always work but you can place your order, call the store, and tell them about the coupon. Good app overall.

This app has saved my life on multiple occasions. When I'm hungover, and feeling like I'm going to die, I used to think there was no hope. But there is hope. Hope in the form this dominos app. Big shout out to Khang at the Bloor location, you're my hero.

The App wouldnt let me sign in, and then when i did it took way too long to order my pizza. I onlu downloaded the app because the website wasnt working on my phone, i was dissappointed to see that the app wasnt working properly either. Fortunately in the end i was able to place my order but it was still too much trouble to have to go through at almost midnight to order a pizza.

It was nice but it feels kind of awkward in it's design, pressing the number also makes it look lime you can decreade the number of the item on the order that way and feels a jarring when it just takes to reviewing the toppings of an item. Otherwise a fairly decent app.

Great app. But its about time to upgrade it and use newer technologies. The UX and UI are really bad.

We received a flyer in the mail featuring online order deals. Those deals weren't available in the app or via the website. Annoying. Expected to pay 16 dollars and had to spend 25

I don't know pizza apps in general and never rate apps as a rule, but this app is AMAZING. So well done. Easy, fast, smooth. An example of how to do apps right.

I love the pizza tracker function. Loving the new options for pizza cook request, really like well done pizza. Love that you can get points now and it doesn't crash!

I personally would like there to be an option to pay in the app with visa debit like pizza pizza does so its already paid for when it gets to my house

Never seen anything this confusing when placing an order from coupons. You chose large with three topings but instead of having to chose the topings you get the whole list of pizzas ...and then what ??? Really bad !!! Maybe it is good when you just click on the ready-made pizzas, but then, don't give the options that doesn't work

Easy as pie to use ..cuz my son is a super pizza freak n cinnamon stick kid...only from Domino's. .or as he calls yas "The Pizza Guy " ..

I can not place orders for delivery and have missed out on points fix the problem with location settings not impressed

I don't like how if you order more than twice in one day you don't get your loyalty Points for your second order... also, when I choose "pay with cash at the door" if the order is over $50 I can't pay with cash I have to use a debit or credit card.... it says "your order exceeds the stores cash limit of $50 please pay with a credit card at the door".. wtf is that all about ?! annoyin

Awesome app. Seriously the reason I order domino's. It's good pizza but the app is amazing. Coupons are great. I probably order way to much but oh well

Exactly the same as the online web page and I love it. I get off work, order a pizza, and by the time I get home the pizza is there X)

Easy to use app, kinda lame that you can't use multiple coupon options and sometimes they're a little confusing but pizza is always good and the points make it even better cause you don't love free pizza?

I like the app but the delivery people hardly ever follow the instructions and keep going upstairs even when I call the store after placing the order to ask them to check and point out what to do to them.

Makes life alot easier when you're exhausted and hungry and have no energy to cook also love being able to make my order rather than asking for specials and hoping u pick something u like love the app

Ordered off this app many times and cant complain other than sometimes i ask for them to call me first but they ring the doorbell anyway which sucks if you have a dog.
