I would have used my phone, but the camera is broken, so I tried to use my Samsung Tab A, but the app was clearly not designed with tablets in mind. Scanning doesn't work as well, because for whatever reason it dims the lighting down. You need brightlight shining in the coke for it to work

Neat idea, so I've been saving a few cups so I could download this and try it out. Reminds me A LOT of a failed app that is supposed to scan the toys in a kid's fast-food meal: Fail. uninstall. my arms and neck are cramped from trying to scan... having to also stand on my head to make it work... means it doesn't!!

For a while the scanning worked just fine for me. Tonight though when I went to scan two McDonalds cups, both with different playlist names, it came up playlist detected but took me to the Crunch Time playlist, and won't load the Driving Thru or Raise A Cup playlists on the cups. Previous scans worked flawlessly but something in the update seems to have changed that.

Great example here of corporate negligence. Throw money at an app producer just to get the hits and contracts, then ignore everyone when something goes wrong. No fixes, no updates, just download this amazing app ... that doesn't work. Congratulations coke.

Scanning is annoying and takes awhile to figure out, and when you manage to scan it the app doesn't even let you listen to the whole song! I expected better.

Cool idea but app keeps kicking me out and when it does work and I try to scan my mc d's cup, you have to pull the cam too far back and its all blurry. Bummer guys.

...Spotify demands that I pay to continue using their service... And I don't want to pay.I don't know if it's because of the mile-long playlists on the bottles (being too long to make it profitable for each music, maybe), but Spotify should make an exception for the musics linked to the playlist of a bottle. ...Even if barely any of the musics are my style,it's pretty dumb to make promotion like that that actually requires a subscription to Spotify. ..The interweb will never gonna let me down and dsrt me.

The app either fails to recognize the cup completely, or unlocks the same playlist I already have. Also doesn't match the name of the playlist on the side of the cup. I should have double the amount of playlists than I do, due to app errors. Very frustrating app.

I tried to open it but I see a picture of a white bottle and a man drinkinh coke and it closes automatically...Waste of time and my money... THIS IS THE WORST APP EVER

Like it just doesn't do anything. But it is a good marketing scheme

You would think Coke would do some testing before releasing and promoting this...doesn't even show cans on the list of items to scan - no useful help to figure it out why it's not working...

Camera is too dark, upside down (nexus 5x) and app froze my phone when I went into the menu forcing a hard reset. Not worth the storage space

Detection sucks. And you can't scan one bottle after another--you need to restart the app after every couple of scans. Clearly cobbled together quickly, released after only basic testing, and mostly forgotten about after the campaign started.

I don't know what it even does it was loading for several minutes and even then it was only at 70% loaded. shouldn't be happening on an brand new S7. Uninstalled

It first gave me the wrong Playlist did it again got the correct on Just Cruisin' but it is just clips of song not the whole song. Terrible Terrible

I have a Samsung galaxy S3 and it won't open the app. Can you please fix it

Was excited to try out this thing cause you know, spotify is pree cool but the app doesnt even load. 3 secs in and it just crashes. Every. Single. Time. Please fix this asap

Every time i open it it closes says unfortunately play coke has stopped an even with the upgrades it still nit working as it seems like an awesome app an u want to use it but cant cus it dosent work which make me feel sad cus sometimes i wonder if i need a sim card for my Samsung galaxy 3s an its an android but i dont know if it starts working i might be able to give it a better rating if it starts working like i said early it looks like a nice app to try but it won't open so i dont know what to do so pleas

Does not work shuts down upon open cant even get it to work long enough to scan. Upset kids thanks Coca cola for this crap

You ppl need to read how it works and understand ar a bit more you have to aim the center at the play button on the cup after that it's simple I like it.

Ever since this app came out my phone scans the label and then stays on the "Playlist Detected" "Unlocking Music" screen forever. I got it to work a total of once. Wasn't disappointed with the music when it did.

Doesn't work. Scan songs, go to play them and keeps crashing. Multi billion dollar company should be able to get this right!

I think it's bad because it crashes and you can't turn off the phone when playing this is bad because I don't want to have my phone on when at party's

I have a problem with scanning one of the bottles. I keep trying to scan my Diet Coke (With My Crew). It shows up in my list that I unlocked it but it never officially unlocked so I can't get it. Please fix this.

Can't scan anything cuz my camera is too dark. I need to be like 4cm from the burning hot son just to get it to scan. Please add a flash option. I'm on a LG g3

Drags the phone into an unusable state. Freezes, unresponsive, or at best, delayed reaction by a minute or so. Then only plays a clip of a song. Boo this app.

Resource hog, when it does load (which takes forever) it either locks my phone or completely crashes it. On the rare occasion that neither of those happen it won't scan a cup. If the purpose of this app is to turn people off of Coke - it's working.
