CVR (Call + Voice Recorder) is the best phone call recording app on Android. CVR lets you select various output formats and audio encodings for your recordings, to give you the best quality recordings. CVR is not just for phone calls. You can also use this app to record voice memos or any other audio at any time.
*** Due to the differences in the implementation of recording API on varying Android devices, call recording does not work on some devices. Call + Voice Recorder starts up automatically when you receive or make a phone call and records discretely in the background. You can turn off this feature to record calls when you choose to by pushing the record button. You can also specify the phone numbers for calls you want to record.

The free version only allows one minute of recorded conversation. Works well. Deletion of recordings are very long winded. I make many calls and delete them every day. That's a long process. Need an easier way to delete them. I also find the price too expensive for the paid version.

I have several recordings that will play but have some that will not. When I look at the files themselves, the ones that play are mp4a but the ones that won't are mp3a. Why is it changing the file type? And can I convert them back without damaging the file?

SAMMY S3 here. MANUALLY RECORD MID PHONE CONVO!! sneaky but essential for documentation of escalated or combative or note worthyphone convo. Or just for business or school. Can auto set phone convo. Can do voice memos. ALL OTHERS THAT I TRIED DIDN'T WORK. THEY SUKED. Oh EEZY TO USE TOO.

Works everytime. The new updates make it even better. Graphics r quite clean & nice now. Really like the multiple recording selection & delete options. I like how it zips my recordings up before sending & sharing. Needed to do longer recordings so got mine upgraded to premium. Def worth it.

I AM USING THE CALL + VOICE RECORDER PAID VERSION. IT JUST DOES NOT WORK IT GIVES A GARBLED OUTPUT LIKE A SHRIEKING VOICE.. DOES NOT WORK AT ALL ON A CDMA LINE. SO YOU ARE NEVER SURE WHETHER THE APPLICATION WILL WORK WHEN YOU REALLY NEED IT. THE RECORDING IS NEVER SAVED ON THE SD CARD CARD IN SPITE OF SETTINGS. ITS A POOR APP NEEDS TO BE IMPROVED
