Nice app. I like how you can follow the action that the city has taken. Good job.

Summer is over and while the app has not been updated it is finally working OK this week. The "Bad Request" and "Failed to Sync" issues are gone now.

I hope to let City Planners know how frustrating it is to drive in Calgary. There's no logic in the roads, the signs, the deaign. Makes me roll my eyes. A monkey could make better roads. Toronto has traffic jams because it's busy. Calgary has traffic jams because it's stupid...road workers have no diligence in putting signs up. No pride...luckily, aside from this, Calgarians are nice people, and it's a good place to live. But why are roads design so dumb? Good app.

Last update broke app - still hasn't been fixed. Bad request / failed to sync / services not initialized errors.

Hi I BUY home 1 years before so many problems my home so many thing damage my New home starting problems for 1st month washroom tub problems so hard for bath time stuck water Broadview no repairs 2nd thing garage door damage not replace I work myself Broadview I'm not covered 3rd problems window not open proper and kitchen fridge dishwasher and driveway inside or outside crack master bedroom window crack not repairs and right now New problem water leak in the basement because Broadview guy no proper work nail in the toilet pipe that's why water leak in the basement my security camera system computer monitor one server damaged my own property $10,000 dollar right now don't pay me Broadview guy first told me go to home insurance Company paid you I call insurance company explain everything insurance company refused this is not God damage then I paid this is Broadview mistake because don't proper work that's why paid Broadview but Broadview company refused I'm not paid

It isn't perfect, nor is it the prettiest app out there but it does the job and removes the need to phone someone when I notice an issue worth reporting.

My requests for road issues have never resolved. City is good in collecting taxes and not fixing the roads.

This app lacks major things that would make it at least bearable. It's got a VERY limited list of things you can report, and you can't even leave a descriptive comment long enough to justify your claims. Terrible design is terrible.

Any chance of reporting abandoned vehicles and illegal parking issues?

Unfortunately this application has stopped. Needs to be fixed.

This app is pretty basic. Please add further reportable items, like bylaw complaints. Also, add filters (like open files only), and add ability to see records based on your location (open and closed) - that way maybe duplication could be eliminated because the user could see if the problem has already been reported.

Good start but need much improvement.

Great response from CoC about concerns. Only improvement I would suggest would be a way of losing old comments as the disappear when you switch phones.

Started to get failed to sync errors after a day. Says rejected for terms of service violation. All I want to do is see currently open requests. No way around error so I am uninstalling it.

It is very difficult to see the small pictures on the current reports.

I agree 100% There needs to be the ability to be able to send in requests for parking complaints and other City of Calgary departments via the app instead of just having people close our requests telling us to call another city department. Also need an option for selection of location on the map that if you're not near the location of the complaint that very moment, that you should be able to touch the map to place the marker instead of zooming out to drag the marker across the map

Street lights have been out in all over the city and not a single request has been accepted. On the other hand this app is supposed to take actions right away I mean what's the point putting a request there and someone accepts it and gives us a reference to call someone to take actions which we could have done it by searching in google rather than waiting days.

Could use some more options but simple is likely better and it works well. Bigger photos was def needed so good improvement.

See what your whiney neighbours are complaining about in real time! Tell the city how horrible they are at snow removal in seconds! Sit back and enjoy watching what "that guy with nothing better to do" has to say today, tomorrow and everyday! Never has their been a better platform for quickly reporting your neighbours property transgressions!

Needs more comprehensive options

I filed an issue that was closed as a duplicate. However under my case in the app it is showing me the original reporter which seems to be a privacy issue.

It would be nice if we could add details such as no work was done since that was the case with the snow removal even though they plowed all the streets around us
