If you are an Alberta Blue Cross plan member you can use this app to view your claim and benefit information and
• Submit claims, if your plan allows this, and upload receipts if requested
• Check to see if a claim you recently submitted has been received and processed
• Find out important information about your benefits, including
o Plan rules,
o Next eligibility for product or service (such as dental check up or glasses)
o What has been used to date
• Arrange for off-line access to your ID card, and
• View emergency contact information and claiming tips for use when traveling out of province.
Just sign in using your Alberta Blue Cross group number, ID number and password. Not registered yet? Simply visit www.ab.bluecross.ca and click on the Sign in button to navigate to the member web site where you can register for access to all our web services.

Won't let me make a claim for prescriptions??

Website says extended dental covers crowns. Fine print says it does not. Cancelled my coverage in protest and they still took money from my account the following month. Not happy at all about this company. Buyer beware.

Installs fine. Then it's not listed in the app drawer or the apps list in settings. The only way to open it is to search in the Google Play Store and select open. Silly.

I used to have great west life through work and their app showed how much was left for everything: massages, dental, etc this one just shows your main coverages. Not very useful

List of members' drugs is missing. Ability to order to the pharmacy would be nice. Not sure if the claims list is accurate. Otherwise, an and e average app with great features and function.
