About Space GO

A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away…. people used to watch television shows just on their television. While we have yet to master warp speed or time travel, Space is now fully upgraded for mobile viewing on phones, tablets, and other gizmos, so you can take your doctors, clones, and wolves with you wherever you go!

Key Features:
- On-demand selection of our biggest and best shows, including Orphan Black, Doctor Who, and Bitten
- Wi-Fi and 3G/4G enabled

Notes:
- Cellular data (3G/4G/LTE) charges may apply for viewing video over a cellular network
- Additional charges will obviously apply if viewing from another planet, dimension, or alternate reality

What are users saying about Space GO

Z70%
by Z####:

Good thing it streams BUT… way to many ads and each (15 second ad) took 10 seconds or more to load. Sometimes the ads could not load and it gets stuck. A 43 min show took more than an hour to watch, subscription means nothing now a days…

S70%
by S####:

No casting capability, I can't cast to my Chromecast on my TV. Also, the app is obsessive about showing me commercials. It crashed on me a few times and insisted on showing me the same 90 seconds of commercials each time I restarted.

X70%
by X####:

Installed the app thinking it will be easier to watch things but unable to sign in with Bell. Keeps looping back to asking user and password, no error messages. Can sign in just fine and watch show via website space.ca so I guess I'll just keep using that. Bummer

S70%
by S####:

No casting to chromecast icon. choppy video on mirrorcast (except for commercials?). See your local listing via postal code never works. App needs serious reworking.

M70%
by M####:

does not acknowkedge that i have a subscription with my cable provider despite the fact that space.ca recognizes my subscription. if you're going to release an app at least make sure it works righg

U70%
by U####:

No ability to use Chromecast? 90 seconds of commercials before anything is shown. Uninstalling, not worth my time.

W70%
by W####:

easy to use, nice look, love watchi g star trek on it. too bad it doesnt cast to tv though

P70%
by P####:

Absolutely no support for casting or chrome cast... And it took minutes of commercials before I could even find that out that it isn't supported...

R70%
by R####:

Very buggy...ads sometimes play, sometimes don't but when they do, there are too many at the start. They take too long to load and just add to the glitchy nature of the experience. Most frustrating for me is the next scene starts for a couple of seconds and THEN the ad starts playing. Why not play it at the end of the previous scene? The ad issues are wrecking the whole experience. Had rated it at 2 stars but then used it for a week and changed my mind. Now I rated it as 1 star! Terrible, terrible app!

M70%
by M####:

It does the job of letting me watch the shows I want for free without resorting to piracy, and I usually don't mind ads since the shows and service needs to be supported somehow. But the AMOUNT of ads! Jeez! Some viewing experiences are better than others, but a couple times I'll be watching Star Trek and be treated to three commercial breaks in the span of ten minutes. Dial it back at least a bit to a reasonable degree. This can get ridiculous. And let's work on being able to cast, please. It's probably easier said than done ("I don't care what it takes, just do it"), but it would be a HUGE improvement and selling point in recommending the app.

M70%
by M####:

Was alright but without Chromecast it gets an uninstall. Come on . It is more shocking not to see this feature in this day and age.

N70%
by N####:

Without Chromecast support this app is virtually unusable on small screen devices. UI is poorly laid out.

M70%
by M####:

Too many ads. I use to watch episodes that I missed. Come on bell we are paying for this get rid of the ads.

U70%
by U####:

It keeps telling me I can only watch 2 consecutive episodes when I have only watched one. I have to leave the app and reload in order to watch the second one. Ridiculous.

B70%
by B####:

Ads take way to long to load and the next update needs to have HDMI and chrome cast support. It's the biggest flaw in the App by far.

V70%
by V####:

The adds are awful, and the lack of casting makes it totally useless if you don't use a tablet or large smart phone.

G70%
by G####:

The app lacks casting support. There are too many ads and the ads often freeze or crash the app. I'm unable to get a live TV listing after signing in (the app will not let me enter my postal code). I can enter my postal code and browse live TV before signing in through my TV provider. In short, one of the worst 'go' apps I've used.

G70%
by G####:

Won't accept my sign-on ID, even though I'm a paid subscriber to one of the cable providers listed.

M70%
by M####:

Too many adds takes too long not a good library of shows should have complete seasons.

V70%
by V####:

Klunky like all Bell-related go apps. You can't pause for more than a minute before the ads auto play. Subtitles skip every second line. If your device goes to sleep, the app looses the connection and the app blows up when you tap ok. It looses the place you stopped at if you take longer than 6 or 12 hours to finish watching a show. You barraged with commercials when you try to get back to where you left off.

U70%
by U####:

Can t look direct show always say something 4 playback

U70%
by U####:

Lacking Chromecast support and requires a cable TV subscription.

M70%
by M####:

Cant find the shows i actually want to watch and catch up on guess u cant hope they would have every show on the channel on the app cause then u wouldnt need the channel

M70%
by M####:

Need traditional cable or satellite service to use. Dark ages.

M70%
by M####:

No chromecast ability. Better to use the web.

M70%
by M####:

It was working but now it just keeps saying it can't process my request and it has the wrong postal code

M70%
by M####:

Too confusing, needs to be more visually friendly.

M70%
by M####:

No Chromecast support, too many commercials and no decent playback controls... It's like you are not even trying.

C70%
by C####:

Really needs a casting feature like GO apps. Mirror casting works but gets out of sync easily.

M70%
by M####:

Too many ads. Can't pause and go back later no download no chrome cast. It makes shows in watchable

M70%
by M####:

Well, again, as a snowbird, i can't watch my Canadian channels in Florida even when i sign in through Rogers!

M70%
by M####:

All shows locked. Useless

X70%
by X####:

Most shows are locked unless you have a subscription.

B70%
by B####:

One year later, still no Chromecast. Uninstalling again.

U70%
by U####:

Works like most other Go apps, except without chromecast support.

D70%
by D####:

Too many ads, cannot sign in to watch real content.

M70%
by M####:

No chromecast support, its required for video apps nowadays. Uninstalling.

M70%
by M####:

No Chromecast streaming, long ads, and a bit glitchy before/after ad plays

T70%
by T####:

no support for cogeco cable customers

M70%
