Any show I try to watch just tells me I'm not connected to a wireless network, which I absolutely am. Useless app.

When I click on the sign in button all I get is a black screen. It will not let me sign in at all

Yes, you need to have a subscription to a cable provider and the discovery channel's to use this app. So knowing this, you can ignore most of the complaining reviews. But it works perfectly! It needs a better search option so you can type in the name of the show. And I wish it could cast via chromecast. But my BlackBerry PRIV and my Samsung TV has the ability to cast my screen so it's not an issue for me. There are commercials, but it's no different than watching on demand in theory.

A streaming service that requires a cable or satellite subscription? And is a pain in the butt to set up? HUH. I just cant figure out why digital piracy is alive and well in 2016 either. Jeez. Im just right stumped on that one. Meanwhile services like netflix and youtube continue to hand cable/satellite old media its ass year after year. Yep. Im sure stumped about that one too. Sure wish I could crack that egg. So scary and confusing this streaming media thing is.

Needs a search function - too slow and difficult to navigate to videos. Crashes and restarts itself frequently and then the user has to go through the slow and awkward process of locating their video all over again.

A whole lot of meh. No search function makes it cumbersome. Does not save your progress like other video apps, if you leave part way through an episode you better write it down. Next time you come back to the app you will have to manually find that episode again. And if you want to skip through to find the spot you were at, everytime you stop the skip you have to watch 2 more commercials. Very poor execution of what could be much better.

keeps telling me lost internet connection multiple times. so far 4 times in less than an hour. have to exit out app and reopen even though it still is connected to internet

This app is garbage. Can't watch my favorite program. Blames me and my connection. If i could give less than one star i would. I give this app a minus 5 stars. So disappointed.

This app is falsely listed. You're supposed to be able to watch your favorite Discovery Channel shows using it. This is not what happens. When you try to watch your favorite Discovery Channel shows they want you know what your service provider is so they can confirm that you're paying for Discovery Channel. If I have a service provider I wouldn't be using the effing app. I'd be recording it on my box duh.

After going through all the hoops to get my sat provider account info to even log in when I try to watch something a message comes up that says I'm no longer connected to a wireless network when in fact I am. I like the theory of watching the shows I very often miss during the week but it seems like a lot of bs to do it.

Was good when I could watch it. Then I was requested to sign in with my service provider which is Rogers to only tell me I have a invalid postal code? Makes no sense!

You can only pay to watch TV on something other than a TV if you also pay for a TV subscription. You are forbidden to use instead of a TV subscription. Rather than trying to get more subscribers, this app tries to prevent people from viewing shows.

Useless, I tried signing into my bell account numerous times but this app wouldn't accept my login information. Absolute pain in the butt. Installed this for the second time and with in the first few minutes it stopped working twice and then wouldn't let me send my email. I'm uninstalling this for the second and last time. FIX THE DARN BUGS! !!!

I had this app rated 1 star even though the layout of the app is amazing because my TV provider wasn't listed. Now it is and I have full functionality of the app it get 5 stars and if I could give 10 stars I would. Live TV and on demand content for 5 different channels is awesome! Thanks for adding Cogeco! Great work, great layout, great app!

cant watch shows....tries to play....then stops and kicks out of app. i have subscription, using android boxes as reciever on some tv's. live tv isn't too bad

The whole idea of streaming is so i dont have to have a TV cable service but this app only works if u cable service. Wtf is the point??

Yes I am a cable subscriber (Compton cable owned by rogers). This system doesn't recognize it and now I can't use it even though I could several weeks ago.

Only downloaded to use Chromecast ability, should've read reviews first. CTV has Chromecast which makes it very useful for 2016

The app mostly works for me, although it crashes often enough to be annoying. Also, the app does not have Chromecast support, yet in the "App Settings" there is a setting for "Chromecast Notifications." What's going on?

I don't have cable.... You need cable in order to watch the garbage they play on this channel anyway

great idea, unfortunately wont let me log in, even with my correct provider, user name and password, i still get username or password incorrect. uninstalling

Logged in with service provider but sucks you can only watch the channels your suscribed too. Crashes at times.

need a new programmer/webdesigner ...not able to watch even 1 episode without having to restart the app

Better than it was. Successfully watched an entire episode without incident. But the audio and video tracks are slightly out of synch.

I don't like and the 4 congruent shows in a row thing. It keeps me from watching 2 in a row

Why do we need to make a subscription to the tv provider! Pure waste

What's the point of getting cable when I can't access content I paid for. I am getting sick of this.

They now make access to device ID and caller information as mandatory information. They should be ashamed for demanding such information.
