I spend time making my television choice move to the next episode via the Android unit I sync my television with. I also spend to e thinking of ways to make Crave sync with my blue tooth earphones. I emailed the company regarding the lack of syncing or pairing with my blue tooth ear phones. It was one year and one month ago I emailed you and I am still waiting for a response. Shaw is responsive. Please explain.

On my Samsung smart tv i do not have the iption to choose the profile i want to use. When i use the android app to cast to my nexus player, the app loses sync with the nexus player. Further when watching a series it would be great to be asked to watch the next episode automatically but that does not happen. The app forces me back to the main screen and the i have to choose the season and scroll down to the episode. its a little clunky. i think the tv series selection is decent. the app could just use some work and possibly better integration with a wider variety of devices.

The last update made this app way more user friendly. Categories are much better and being able to access the episodes from My Cravings is a welcome improvement. I hated having to search out a program every time I wanted to read about an episode. Chromecast support still needs work, the app will still drop the connection occasionally leaving you with no control. CraveTV also needs to respond faster to the feedback you get from subscribers. Once a year updates don't cut it.

This is such a lowsy App. So disappointed. I tried several time to enter my payment but the screen comes up blank. Such GOOD SHOWS WHY NOT MOVE THEM TO NETFLIX NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEM AND I CAN USE THEIR GIFT CARDS WHICH WORKS GREAT HAVE BEEN WITH NETFLIX FOR 3 YEARS AND NOT A PROBLEM SO. CRAVE HIRE BETTER PEOPLE THAT CAN FIX YOUR GOD DAM APP

The whole app is poorly made. Not only do I have trouble watching the shows I want to watch but sometimes I can't even watch them at all, it's so stupid. Finally the video browsing structure is absolutely awful you have to scroll for hours before finding a show that you might not even like going from collection to collection and when you find a show you like it won't work. Awful.

Well at least the app has finally seem an update after years of being untouched and loaded with disabilitating bugs. Still doesn't play nice with chrome cast, has no auto resume features when casting, and has no streaming quality options. Craved could be a solid Netflix competitor if bell would simply put in a lil more care to this app. Until then, it's just mediocre at best.

So many bugs in this app. I get an error 80% of the time"connect to wifi...yada yada yada" The only thing is that I am connected, Netflix/Amazon Video has no problem streaming but still get the error of connecting to wifi when I am. Turning off my data and a only connect to wifi does not work either. Using this app is tedious and infuriating. You can see by that ratings they have far to go.

The app is the worst streaming app i have ever used. Crashes constantly and trying to get to the next episode is a joke. App crashes when streaming with Chromecast all the time. I have stopped my show turned off Chromecast and i still cant exit the app. Bell your app sucks just like your customer care

The app is lagging behind in comparison to Netflix. It's HORRIBLE when used with chrome cast... Never keeps my show times where I left off, always restarts. I rarely use it because it continually requires me to sign in.. and worst of all FREEZES!!!!! Step ur updates up guys. I'm seriously considering canceling .y subscription...

Overall, the app is fine. It does the job 75% of the time. But one thing that drives me nuts is that I have to start a show for me to cast to my Chromecast. The icon to cast doesn't appear in the top right corner when the app opens. This, in addition to the app crashing, makes for a frustrating experience.

I was excited at the prospect of an update but disappointed to see that basically all of the issues I was having still exist. The app still can't keep track of where you are in a show, still doesn't communicate well with Chromecast and still doesn't have enough genres/categories (no horror? Really?) Come on, folks. We've seen how a streaming app is supposed to.work.(Netflix). It's not like this is uncharted territory.

Way better selection than netflix. Only downside to app is it won't let you select video quality. So if your using a mobile device data you will go over you limit very quickly and it gets very annoying to have video buffer every 5 seconds. Please fix this I rather watch low quality videos than a loading icon most of the time.

Trying to update my credit card information and the site freezes. If I delete the app and then reinstall it, it tells me I have an account but won't let me log in. Says I need to update my payment information which I have done. So now I am paying for a service I can't use. Either let me use it or cancel my subscription!!!! You can't even imagine how pissed off I am right now!!!

Technically this app is garbage. It barely works. If it were not for Letterkenny I would not tolerate this garbage. Bell should be embarrassed but they clearly have no shame as a company, so it isn't surprising really. 1/10 would recommend for Letterkenny, but otherwise it should be removed for the Play store because of how poor quality it is

Keep the Twin Peaks coming on time and we'll be fine. Still problems with random but frequent login requirement and regular crashing. Improved experience, though, now that I shut down push notifications (and unsubscribed from email) and so, I hope, will never hear about Letterkenny again in this lifetime

*update. We were excited by the update that autoplay had been enabled.... Until we found out it still doesn't autoplay to Chromecast. Every other provider does this no problem

Trying to watch Crave tv from my Samsung TV. The program keeps freezing after a minute then goes back to the home page. Tiring trying to finish a show because it keeps going back to home page. Seriously considering cancelling subscription. I sent an email to CraveTv but still no response or solution to this issue.

Seriously flawed I have high speed bell provided wifi and I still can't watch videos on my phone without using mobile data. That's ridiculous and unacceptable. Bell you need to fix this app now!

It is currently garbage. I go to watch something while I am connected to wifi and it says that I have either be connected to a wifi network or turn off the wifi only function. Absolutely pitiful. The only reason I even have CraveTV is for Letterkenny and South Park.

App is USELESS!!! As others have mentioned, I can't even sign in using Bell credentials....only getting a white box. All other providers reveal the ability to provide a username/password.....all but Bell!! And this is a Bell Media app for crying out loud!!! Figures.... Atm, it's not worth the space on my tablet.... Update: I installed the app on my cell phone. While on Wi-Fi, I have the same problem...can't sign in with Bell....funny however, that I AM able to see the sign in details while on mobile data!!! Seriously Bell??? You want me to burn through my data limits watching Crave TV??? WAKE UP!!! THIS IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!!! If this is Bell's stance with this app, then perhaps I'll just cancel my Crave TV subscription!!

Three times downloaded, three times absolutely failed. I subscribe through my provider, login successfully through the app and am stonewalled when trying to play...anything. The actual error I've received everytime is, "Unknown error. Please try again later." Every. Single. Time. ***Update*** Called the number as per Crave's response. Spoke with one person that was not helpful but assured problem could be fixed and that I should await a callback. Received callback message saying the problem was 'fixed'. It was not.

I have been trying for 30 minutes on my device just to renew my subscription... bugs are not allowing me to pay. Wouldn't this be the most streamlined aspect of the app? Where I willingly give money? Things like this show sloppy workmanship. Poor job development team

I think it's okay. There's some shows on there that I wanted to see. However, I hate that there's no closed captioning/subtitles on the app. My dad, who is hard of hearing, can not watch any of the shows because of this. It's 2017, people. Get on board.

Error when hitting play on any video. Pixel XL with Android 8. Frankly , the app barely worked on the previous version of Android. Crave could be a decent service for Canadians if the apps on both TVs and phones were reliable. My 2016 Samsung 8000 series TV also always crashes and hangs using Crave. Ridiculous.

Is this app not user-friendly by design? Trying to keep users on cable subscriptions? Get with the times, it won't work! on chrome cast, not being able to easily find the "next episode" button is very strange and could be easily fixed.

If ur isp speed is slow, ur gonna ha e problems with loading and it constantly stopping. Netflix is WAY BETTER becuz at least u can adjust the stream quality if u don't have high speed Internet. I live in a rural area of nova Scotia with only 3mbs down, the only way I can ever watch cravetv is if I am the only person online with nothing else connected.

You can never up date payments proper. I have tried many times different ways. Netflix its very easy and you can not use your account for a month and then update payment and bam good to watch. With cravetv you can do that even for a min.

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD PLEASE FIX THIS APP!!! Crashes all the time, have to sign in every time I open it, doesn't keep track of watched episodes, doesn't autoplay next episode. Content is good but PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE fix the bugs.

So many bugs and a lack of features as compared to Netflix. The app crashes everytime you cast to Chromecast. If you are able to successfully cast, the app will not remember that you watched that episode or movie. The list of genres is laughably small which makes browsing for content difficult.

Terrible experience. This will never come close to Netflix. I tired about a dozen times to enter payment information through the app but the screen wouldn't get to where I could enter anything. Back to Netflix I go!

Service is great, but app still needs some work. I've had an "unknown error" message pop up for a week now, that prevents content from being viewed. App losses the connection with chrome cast very frequently, such that you have no control over what you are watching. Closed captioning works on device, but isn't sent to chrome cast.

CraveTV is great as a service (the vast range of content offered), but their app specifically is downright awful. I will be calling to complain about my issues ASAP and unfortunately may consider cancelling my service because of the unusable interface.

App is still a joke. I have to keep resigning in and lately I can't even sign in using bell credentials. It just loads a white screen. As for the actual usability of the app it still is laggy and not very user friendly like the Netflix app. It almost always crashes after casting to chromecast. Going to cancel subscription.

So frustrated. Tried watching from my smart phone. Everytime I opened a show to watch I was given a message to turn on my wifi. Wifi was on in all settings possible. Not a happy camper.

Garbage. Crashes everytime I start a show, no option for the shows to continue to play after an episode so you have to go in a pick the next episode. This need a lot of work

The show selection is nice. Doesn't detect my Chromecast properly like Netflix does. Can't seem to remember where I left off from a show. Streaming is sometimes sluggish and sometimes just stop to buffer or something. I'd be happy to be a paying customer but if those bugs are not corrected by the time the free trial ends I'll just cancel the subscription. Please improve asap.

App crashes every time I use it with Google Cast: episodes will still play, but I can't pause or change the volume. Maybe because of this, the app never remembers where I am in a series. Shows seem to be added to and deleted from "My Cravings" at random. Quality of steaming fluctuates during playback, which does not happen on Netflix or other apps, suggesting that it has nothing to do with the internet connection.

Great content, chromecast performance is often choppy, ui scroll is very choppy. New version crashes after every chromecast connection. I find the interface confusing, end up watching the same episodes repeatedly if I dont remember where I was.

The app still times out when ising chrome cast and you have no control over it. Autoplay still doesnt exist. Content wise Crave is on par with Netflix but the app and usability are just terrible

Echoing what a lot of other people have said. It crashes frequently. It doesn't maintain a connection to Chromecast. It's unstable and full of bugs. I recently upgraded my tablet, and discovered that the app isn't supported on Asus ZenPad devices, which is a major problem for me. The content is good, and if they just put some effort into maintaining the app, and making it actually work, that'd be great.
