When it works it is adequate. One mandatory update later and now it gets stuck loading my information every time. Force closing the app, retarting my phone, reinstalling, nothing has fixed it on my android. Bell do the right thing and roll back this dead in the water update. And no I'm not going to email you, no one should have to; you borked this up, this is on you Bell, fix it.

forced update: why does this need to run at startup? older version: All fab contact names erased, again. No obvious exit from app. Difficult to navigate. Account billing details require pdf download from website. Changed application name for no good reason.

I was just forced to update the app. Now nothing works, I can't even log in on your website. I'm in Japan right now on a holiday and it would be great if I knew if I was being charged extra. I have mobile data and roaming off yet I still have service bars with an "R" showing. If you are charging me you better be ready for a fight because this is garbage. All I've ever received from this company is problems.

Cool so I can't even access the app.. Worked fine last week but for whatever reason it doesn't want to go past the "loading account" screen. What I don't get is the android app is the exact same as the iOS app. They both don't work at all.

The update made the app completely useless. Never loads properly anymore. It's been WEEKS now and there's been no change. Seems like everyone is having the same problems. Nice job fixing it.

Bell is asking me to write a formal complain and send it to thei website regarding their faulty app in order to resolve the issue...Bell the only thing more useless than your app is your customer service. You can expect me to cancel my services in the near future.
