Satellite Remote PVR

Used to work well but past few days the app won't log in. I tried the email link below, but the address does not exist. Nice customer support. I cleared data & cache and tried again... Took several minutes of waiting but it finally logged in.

Aug 2015 - POS app. Don't waste your time. Installed on a Nexus 6 on Rogers for about 2 minutes, then I removed it. . . . . Tried again today, Sept 8, thanking maybe they updated and fixed it. Nope. Still a POS that dies immediately upon start up.

It worked okay on my Samsung S3.. but after upgrading to a LG G4 the app wont even open anymore.. should be a rating of ZERO because I can't even use it anymore.. it was maybe a 3.5 on my old phone.. any chance of Bell using some of the extraordinarily high service fees I pay them for TV services to fix the app?! Unlikely I suspect..

Is my phone to fast for this app?, I remember having this app 3 years ago on a dual core it ran fine.. Now I see it for a split second and closed down, the app just closes, doesn't even stay up for a second, cleared cached restarted the phone reinstalled...

Try to open app and get a message saying Not Working! Fix it Bell - I expect to be able to use everything that comes with my subscription...had to reinstall - hope it works this time or will give 0 stars and unistall for good....and it still doesn't work!!!!!!!! Nice job Bell

The program guide is horrible. It only shows some of the channels I subscribe to. How am I suppose to program my shows with a partial guide. Also when I search for a show it only brings up shows I have recorded. Please fix the program guide issue......

Loaded the APP and has worked perfect! HOLD ON! Looks like the app no longer works! I guess Bell wasn't making any money off of it so they've cut it loose. Too bad I used it numerous times as it came in very handy. Oh well, like they say all good things come to an end. Thanks Bell.

I have tried this app on 2 different Samsung note 3's and on my brand new note 5 all powered by bell. And it will not load the app. It crashes automatically.

I had to dig out an old phone for this app to even open. Android newer than 4 years old will not be able to open it. Has not been updated in years. What does work on older phones is only half the app. Most channels don't load, pvr contents are half there, the virtual remote is extremely limited. Horrible. Should be an essential app but Bell has abandoned it.

What is going on with this app? It worked great, then my phone OS updated...& now when I try to start it, it just crashes! I have re-installed, & nothing! Not even a note here to acknowledge the problem & say that it's being worked on? This is total crap!

It doesn't set the pvr. Period. You will lose your show, if you didn't remember to set the pvr manually, from home, before you left. Useless. Look at the amount of negative, 1-star feedback. Gross that a large company can't/won't do better.

Crashes on launch on my S6 like everyone else now. If I could give a lower rating I would. Bell needs to update this our remove it. The Apple version works as expected.

Bell - one of the biggest satelite providers in Canada and no support or update for this app? You're a multimedia company. You should be up to date with this app. Unprofessional!

This app used to be great. I had it for years. A few months ago it began crashing upon start up, so I uninstalled it. Today I reinstalled it, and again, upon start up, it crashed. Uninstalled again.

Completely fails to open on Android 6.0+. Force closes on launch. On a Nexus 5 vanilla installation not rooted. Recently got a new phone. Nexus 6p running Android 6+ Still force closes and refuses to run. FIX IT BELL

Doesn't display all stations. For instance, can't even use this to record CBC HD....what a joke just like all of Bell's other apps

This app WAS amazing. I can't open it at all since I switched to the galaxy s5. And I have Uninstalled it and reinstalled numerous times. It's a dud now. Please make it work with the S5?

Worked fine on galaxy s3 but upgraded to HTC One M9 and app will not even start. Bell mobile tech support says phone is compatible and could not offer any more help. Bell if you are going to make an app and sell the phone please make sure you support them.

It did work fine and now I cannot even open it. Bell says it us my phone (their product) and do not know how to fix it. (A post on twitter and no respinse either) Just sucks cause I needed to use it and couldn't at a time when I was not home.

Used to work. Now it just crashes immediately on startup. Tried clearing cache and data, and tried to reinstall. Still not working. Looks like others are saying the same thing. What the hell?

Bought a pvr and thought this would be a great app for me. Too bad it doesn't work at all. Tried a tablet and a cell. Droid 5 and 6

Installed. Attempted to open, it crashed 100% of my attempts. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Same thing -- 100%. Uninstalled once again, never to be attempted again. At least its consistent.

I have had it for a year now. It use to work. But it stopped recently. I have tried to reinstall but still doesn't work

It's been weeks since I signed up when will this app be fixed to work with lollipop? Just crashes. Pathetic that no effort is made to fix the android version

used to : Record what I want, when I want. If your not going to be home, just select your show and record it. It will be waiting for you when you get home. Waiting for service to resume.

This is not worthy of a Canadian telecom giant like Bell. What is the problem Bell? Get this working or stop providing it.

I would give this 0 stars, but that's not an option. I cannot open this app on my tablet (Samsung Galaxy Tab A) or on my cell phone (LG G4). Its not worth the data used to download it.

Will not work on my Samsung S4. Only crashes when I open it. Can't do nothing with it if it won't open.

CALLING BELL FOR REFUND ON PVR RENTAL. Not getting features of ability to remote PVR Thus not willing to pay for rental.

I have this on both my phone (Samsung Galaxy SII LTE still running JellyBean) and tablet (Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 with KitKat) and it worked just fine until a coulle weeks ago and now it just crashes upon opening :(

It quit working when my phone upgraded to lollipop. . Have uninstalled And reinstalled. It just shuts down as soon as it starts.

This app sorta worked on and off and was great if you forgot a show was on but werent home to PVR it. But for the past 3 months it won't work at all on my S6 Edge or my Tab S. Everytime I open it I get that familiar "unfortunately satellite PVR has stopped" message. And this app hasn't been updated since December 2013. What gives, Bell?

This app needs to be updated!!! If you check the compatible phones they are all from 2012 or earlier. Take it down or state this fact before we waste are time trying to get it to work, Thanks Bell I have been supporting you for 40 years on home and then mobile phones and sat TV and this is all you can give me. Maybe you expect me to ditch my new S6 and find my old S2 so I can use this crap program.

App does not launch. Judging from numerous reviews here Bell appears to have abandon this app. Huge shame because it used to be awesome. Bell should remove this from the app store if they refuse to support it.

App constantly crashes on the Galaxy S5 running the latest version of android. I used to use this all the time to setup recordings or reminders. This app needs to be fixed.

Installed on my Samsung S6 edge phone. App won't load...keeps saying it's stopped and then returns me your the main screen. Tried uninstalling and reinstalled but with no luck. This needs to be fixed ASAP!

This app simply crashes on start up. Can't get it to work no matter what I try. Don't waste your time. UPDATE: tried to email support, the email bounced saying that the address doesn't exist on bell's server. How's that for support hmm? Very bad customer satisfaction with this company.
