Thank you so much for this. I am a freak about straightening pictures on the walls, tables etc. Have been going to the garage and looking through the toolbox to locate a level. This is always with me! Just plain works!

This app is one of the first I downloaded way back in 2011 or 12. And it is still one of my favorite and most-used apps! Handy and accurate, no weird permissions, easy to calibrate. Occasionally I still break out my 4' level, but this is my go-to level.

Worked fine,then i didn't use it for a while. I go to use it and it stays on 0degrees for all axis's(unlocked, and locking disabled in menu) reinstall and calibrate do not fix. Other apps can tell angles just fine.

...but a major battery hog. Make sure to kill the app when you're not using it. It drained 20% of my battery in ten minutes with the display off.

Works well, nice large numbers, but a little too sensitive. Often changes back and forth between values (0 and 1) too quickly. It should apply an exponential moving average, perhaps by an adjustable amount.

Very handy for a civil engineer like me. Still, issues need to be ironed out as some others are saying.

Calibrate first against a real level so you can account for bumps and buttons on your case or cover first!

Don't really use leveling apps but I think this is pretty good. Useful for aligning cameras on tripods though. Calibration settings too elaborate.

Absolutely brilliant on my Xperia. I don't use it every five minutes, but it's very usefull when I do!

I like this app and since I am one that seems to drop my phone alot know that it works great. You could improve it greatly by add detailed instruction

This is the best level app I have used, and I have tried too many to count. This is the only one I have used that allows calibration on all sides and gives an accurate reading. Thanks for this great tool.

Love the dark background! Lots of other features too like calibration -- didn't need to use it though. Must have been a fun project to code!

You don't need the real spirit level if you have a phone without curves and with this app.

It's a dead-accurate, multi plane 'bubble level' emulator. Works perfectly...what more can one ask?

Tried a few but this one was perfect. East to use, easy to read numbers, easy to calibrate. Accuracy seemed pretty good considering the uneveness of my phone ( less than + or - 1 degree compared to my spirit level) .

Do not use for anything important, indeed. This does not get any better than 1 whole degree. My real spirit level (4 ft) is good to better than 1/10 of a degree; which error is quite noticeable. Not knocking it, really... for a smartphone App. But... smartphones are NOT precision tools!

I like this app. Always install it on all my new devices!

Would be better if it would tell me whether it's negative or positive degrees. Other than that, its perfect. Use on Motorola Nexus 6

It works great and I didn't have to give permission to access my camera, contacts, phone calls, etc. I love it!

This is a nutty idea, but it has come in handy so many times, I can't knock this thing. Its a great app!

I have used it to level everything from pictures to our pop-up camper.

I need it seldom, but then it's really good to have it.

I'm a roofing contractor and I use this to determine the slope of the roofs I'm bidding on. Works great.

The best of its kind, at least among the free ones: measures, speaks, beeps, vibrates, locks the reading with a tap, offers a black background, and more. What else could one possibly want? Oh, and most importantly of all, it does not require permission to access my underwear. Absolute winner.

I whipped out my Bubble Level and sure enough, he was on the level. Way.

Great graphics. Very good at measuring plumb & level in style! The World Level app is much more accurate at measuring angles and grade if you need that.

Too lazy to get the level from the garage when installing a towel bar...not a problem. Thanks
