According Belarussian laws (Presidential Decree №40 from 2016-02-11), every person can receive monthly some post packages less then 10 kilos and 22 euro. For packages over these limits, person should pay custom tax: 30% from over-cost under 22 euro, but not less than 4 euro for kilo. Plus 5 euro custom fee.
