Very complete. I am mostly interested in tracking injuries, pain, ... less for analysis of blood, pressure, ... Improvements I would enjoy to have: - Add pictures to cases. - Can leave end date empty, and filter for it to enter it later (e.g. once the pain is gone). - Places linked with GoogleMap. - Import/Export of data with others (e.g. activity from Withings, food from MyFitnessPal). Coupling with IFTTT could be nice. - Do not hard link problem with localisation, e.g. choose injury then wrist or ankle, pain then head or stomach, ... Some bugs: - Medication crashes on my device. I am running SlimKat 7 on Samsung Galaxy S4 I9505 Thanks

DISAPOINTED... There are no explainations for anything. I have tried multiple different ways to correct typing errors & there is no way to delete a patient & start over. The only way is to uninstall the entire program & reinstall it. I will continue to search for another app that is easier to navigate & has editting capabilities. My husband is disabled, & I am looking for a program/app that I can store past & current health files, including photos of injuries, illnesses, treatments, surgeries, etc.

I'd have rated 5 if this app had interface to enter medication details of the patient. UI is really awesome. Also I appreciate if edit(modify) option is available for patients record & history

I've tried to make my phone English only and cannot. I can't read what it says when i go into the categories, for example, "diseases". The pull down menu is completely in a foreign language. Other than that it looks like a really good app, which is why I still gave it 3 stars.
