Keeps switching off, utter crap

First one i found with GB grid references to the meter instead of the usual 100m

Worked briefly then crashed. Could be a good app but needs to be improved.

Pin pointed by 3 meters where i was......great app.

Great application makig it easy to find out grid reference. Does as it says on the box.

Crashes on my Samsung Galaxy 10.1. How disappointing.

Nice little app. Leaves GPS turned on after exit (HTC Desire). Website isn't for the app, it's for the British Trust for Ornithology.

This app is great in that it shows you the longtitude and latitude attached to the OS Grid Reference of where you are AT THE MOMENT. What would be really useful for route planning and destination finding purposes would be the facility to input the OS Grid Reference of, for example, your destination, and this app then produced for you the longtitude and latitude of that destination. You could then punch these into your satnav device, and away you go!

When I first downloaded it, it worked great and just what I need. However in the last day it has crashed and had to force close!!! Great app, plz fix soon!!

If this app incorporated Google map's search, this could then get coordinates of the target destination which could then be pasted into another geo - navigation app.

The app had everything I needed and seemed to be working fine at first but has now begun to crash regularly unfortunately. I am using a Samsung Galaxy Xcover 2.

(Sony Xperia), this app seemed to have everything I needed and generally worked well and was accurate. However, when searching for a specific OS grid ref, it gave very bogus locations. Even when I entered the grid ref it said I was at, it showed a location 1000's of km away. Shame, it was nearly perfect,

Massively drains battery - even when you thought the app was closed!! Uninstalled. Oh - and real BAD FORM for a dev to rate their own app with a 5 star reply to a 1 star comment.

Tiny app that works exactly as the dev describes. Only app I've found that'll show not just the OS grid reference of the phone's location, but also of any map point you choose.

Absolutely fantastic, although GPS does get stuck on after closing the app. . . Although you can then manually switch off on phone settings or widget if you have one. Fix this and allow to switch between miles and km and I'd say its a five star :-)

Nice little app for OS GB grid refs. Gives dist to tapped point on screen, **** if it also gave Bearing.

Program wouldn't even start! Force Close error message. Galaxy SII user.

Not nice to have a rapid battery drain caused by this aop - especially when you need it most- ie hillwalking. Deleted.

for getting GR and helpful response from dev with fc issue.ideal for birdwatchers and naturalists or just needing accurate GR for map/data work.
