CEC Early College of Denver

The Career Education Center (CEC) Early College of Denver is a magnet high school of the Denver Public School system, serving ninth through twelfth grade. Originally established in 1976 as Denver’s only comprehensive career and technical magnet school, CEC expanded to include an Early College in 2002, offering students the opportunity to earn college credit for coursework completed as a high school student. CEC is open to any metro Denver high school student who wants a versatile education addressing both career and academic options.
