Bhutan Ride Share

Bhutan Ride Share mobile app is a ride matching system that allow commuters to quickly and securely find a commute match based on proximity, destination and travel route, as well as schedules and preferences. The app provides easy ways for drivers to offer a ride or passengers to search for ride.

Users can sign up and build his or her profile using the app. Passengers can rate the drivers and vice versa after they travel together. This enables a trusted community of drivers and passengers.

Drivers can post the commute route with some preferences such as luggage sizes, departure time, stopovers, arrival time, if driver is female, she can set female only passengers (only female passengers
would be able to see the ride offered), how many seats available, etc.

In a similar way, passenger can search for ride by entering starting point and destination, set some preferences as well. The app matches the best rides, suggest a list from which the passenger can view the ratings of driver who is offering the ride, choose the driver and book the ride. After which the driver is notified of the booking and agree on the terms of sharing the ride.
