I have t mobile I use this my sons can play a local minecraft in the car. Also can be used for browsing. Appears as a Wi-Fi named device name. T mobile asks me to configure hot spot and I just ignore. Am not paying extra.

It installed, that's about all it could do, turning on accomplishes nothing whatsoever
