About MoViA
MoViA is video annotation tool which allows annotating with text, digital ink and audio on recorded videos. Annotations are time dependent and files can be shared. If there are annotations from other users it is possible to display them at the same time. Videos need to be on .mp4 format.
MoViA stands for Mobile Video Annotation.

Aims to be incredible. It's not there yet, but its still solid 4 star. I spent ages trying to find a solution for video note taking (I tried multiwindow movie playing with note taking..before giving up and getting this). My first reaction was *wow* you can use a stylus to note take on the video? but not really, it either crashes, or if you get it to succeed your hand writing looks like your doctor's - ie barely legible. But you can fall back to writing notes with your keyboard (I used swype) and doing it that was still fit my purpose. It made a good design decision to save every annotation as you go - this way, if you crash, you can load up the same movie, and all the annotations are there. There is also functionality for removing them if you want. You can also navigate through the video from annotation to annotation, which is great. Even more great is that the annotations are stored in human readable xml format (inside Movies/data).
