Inventário UFSM

Aplicativo criado para auxiliar Chefes de unidades e Agentes Patrimoniais da Universidade Federal de Santa Maria na realização do inventário patrimonial. O aplicativo conta com os seguintes recursos:

Carregamento da carga atualizada;
Verificação do inventário;
Adição de bens fora da carga;
Leitura de código de barras;
Envio dos dados para o Portal do Patrimônio;


Atenção: ao realizar o envio do inventário o chefe da unidade deverá fazer o processamento do envio no Portal do Patrimônio da instituição (https://portal.ufsm.br/patrimonio).

Obs: O aplicativo é de uso exclusivo dos Chefes de Unidades e Agentes Patrimoniais. Application designed to assist heads of units and Property Agents of the Federal University of Santa Maria in making the asset inventory. The application has the following features:

updated cargo loading;
inventory check;
Adding assets off load;
Reading of bar code;
Sending data to the Portal Heritage;


Attention: during the sending of the inventory the head of the unit will make the shipment processing on the Portal of the institution's equity (https://portal.ufsm.br/patrimonio).
