O Observatório da Lei Geral é um aplicativo que permite monitorar, avaliar e subsidiar a implementação da Lei Geral das Microempresas e Empresas de Pequeno Porte na União, Estados e Municípios brasileiros. Resultado da parceria entre SEBRAE e CNI, o Observatório é um jeito fácil e rápido de acompanhar todas as novidades da Lei Geral, seus reflexos nas Microempresas e Empresas de Pequeno Porte e os avanços da União, Estados e Municípios no aprimoramento do ambiente de negócios para os pequenos negócios.

Para a identificação dos melhores e piores ambientes para as micro e pequenas empresas, o aplicativo apresenta um Ranking dos Estados, onde estes são classificados de acordo com fatores que afetam os pequenos negócios.

Ao disponibilizar o Observatório da Lei Geral, o SEBRAE e a CNI buscam uma resposta para o desafio de sistematizar e facilitar o acesso e entendimento às informações relevantes e representativas no processo de aprimoramento do ambiente de negócios das micro e pequenas empresas. Além disto, o Observatório instrumentaliza a sociedade civil organizada para atuar junto aos setores públicos na identificação de ameaças e oportunidades no ambiente dos pequenos negócios. Estes são os grandes objetivos do Observatório da Lei Geral, construído para ser uma ferramenta de mudança e fortalecimento das microempresas e empresas de pequeno porte brasileiras.
