This app is very useful for ARHATIC & Kriyashakti practitioners. Thanks a lot to whoever have created it, have taken a lot of pain.. A small request. Could you pls add physical exercises, healings at least for self & may I get clarification of what is purification by water. I thought it was salt water bath. But am not sure whether is it correct??? Thank you
