SAC MPF

A Sala de Atendimento ao Cidadão foi criada como um canal de comunicação entre o Ministério Público Federal (MPF) e a sociedade, para receber notícias de irregularidades, representações, solicitações de informação e outras demandas direcionadas ao MPF.

Com este aplicativo, os cidadãos, inclusive advogados, poderão cadastrar e consultar o andamento das demandas.

Com o aplicativo do Ministério Público Federal, qualquer cidadão pode registrar denúncias e solicitar informações sobre a instituição e processuais, além de acompanhar o andamento das demandas por meio de um número de protocolo enviado ao solicitante por e-mail. Podem ser anexados arquivos de, no máximo, 4MB, totalizando até 12MB em tamanho.

As solicitações feitas pelo aplicativo são encaminhadas diretamente à Sala de Atendimento ao Cidadão do Ministério Público Federal. As manifestações não podem ser anônimas, mas o usuário pode escolher registrar sua solicitação sob sigilo. O sigilo, ao contrário do anonimato, identifica o solicitante, mas garante que os dados pessoais serão preservados e não divulgados.

Podem ser feitas denúncias ao MPF sobre práticas de crimes que envolvam interesses do governo federal, autarquia federal ou empresa pública federal:
- sonegação fiscal,
- fraudes de notas fiscais,
- não recolhimento de tributos e contribuições federais,
- contrabando,
- evasão de divisas,
- fraudes bancárias,
- saque ilegal de FGTS,
- tráfico internacional de drogas,
- crimes contra o INSS,
- crimes contra os correios,
- crimes de radiodifusão (rádio pirata, clandestina),
- crimes de moeda falsa,
- uso de diplomas falsos,
- falsificação de passaportes e/ou vistos consulares,
- crimes praticados por agentes da Receita Federal do Brasil, da Polícia Federal ou qualquer órgão federal,
- racismo na internet.

O MPF também atua na defesa:
- dos direitos e interesses das populações indígenas,
- do meio ambiente,
- de bens e direitos de valor artístico, estético, histórico, turístico e paisagístico que integrem o patrimônio nacional.

Não cabe atuação do Ministério Público em caso de interesses individuais. - Smuggling,
- Tax evasion,
- Bank fraud,
- Illegal withdrawal of FGTS,
- International drug trafficking,
- Crimes against the INSS,
- Crimes against the post office,
- Broadcasting crime (pirate radio, clandestine)
- Counterfeit currency crimes,
- Use of fake diplomas,
- Forgery of passports and / or consular visas,
- Crimes committed by agents of the Internal Revenue Service of Brazil, the Federal Police or any federal agency,
- Racism on the Internet.

The MPF also acts in defense:
- The rights and interests of indigenous peoples,
- The environment,
- Goods and rights of artistic, aesthetic, historical, tourist and landscape that part of the national heritage.

It is not for performance of the prosecution in the case of individual interests.
