GINPA

O aplicativo promete revolucionar o gerenciamento do patrimônio da Caesb com um sistema pioneiro que, instalado em qualquer smartphone, facilita e agiliza o gerenciamento do mobiliário e dos bens públicos em geral, além de abreviar a comunicação entre as unidades e a Gerência de Patrimônio.

A proposta da ferramenta é criar um mecanismo para facilitar o processo de inventario de bens que normalmente toma muito tempo dos gestores.

Após instalar o aplicativo, em apenas alguns minutos, o gestor pode fazer a carga dos dados patrimoniais. Em seguida, basta apontar a camera fotográfica para o codigo de barras do bem que será identificado pelo software indicando o nome do proprietário, o estado de conservação e outros dados. Uma vez identificado é possível tirar a foto do bem.

A ideia inicial era criar um aplicativo para tornar mais eficiente a força colaborativa, na medida em que permite localizar e armazenar o local geográfico de todos os bens escaneados; dessa forma é possível encontrar os bens mesmo que não pertençam a pessoa que realizou a leitura do código de barras.

A equipe de desenvolvimento da PRTD evoluiu a ideia para a criação de um sistema de Gestão de Inventário Patrimonial – GINPA – que opera com o aplicativo instalado num smartphone e com um sistema web. O objetivo é possibilitar a localização de todos os bens da Caesb rapidamente, de forma categorizada, georeferenciada, com foto, data, hora e dados específicos de cada item de inventário. A ferramenta agiliza a fiscalização, que geralmente conta com número de equipes insuficientes para dar conta da demanda e dispensa o preenchimento de papeis e processos burocráticos.

O GINPA funciona também em locais sem conexão com a internet, pois ele armazena as informações no próprio smartphone. No momento em que o usuário encontrar rede disponível é possivel enviar a lista de bens inventariados para o sistema web.
