Custo Fácil

O aplicativo Custo Fácil é uma ferramenta para auxiliar o produtor integrado e a assistência técnica a organizar as informações necessárias para estimar o custo de produção e obter relatórios úteis para a gestão da granja.

Ela permite estimar o custo de produção dos integrados com contratos de parceria e de comodato, para os seguintes sistemas de produção:
-suínos em creche e terminação
-produção de leitões
-frango de corte

Inserindo dados

Ao abrir a tela inicial de inserção dos dados, serão mostrados quatro ícones para serem preenchidos, sendo: Alojamento/Desempenho, Investimento Realizado, Despesas e Receitas. Após a inserção dos dados em cada um dos ícones especificados, é necessário clicar na aba “CONFIRMA”, a qual permitirá que as informações prestadas sejam salvas para posterior geração de resultados.

Para utilizar o aplicativo, recomenda-se manter arquivados boletos, notas fiscais, cupons, extratos de conta corrente e relatórios de lotes. Guardar estas informações em uma pasta ajudará na hora de inserir os dados no aplicativo.
As quatro categorias de informações necessárias são:

1 - Alojamento / Desempenho: Interface responsável pela entrada de dados relativos aos índices técnicos da granja, esses dados serão utilizados para calcular o número de lotes e de cabeças vendidas. O ideal é utilizar valores médios dos últimos 12 meses, mas também é possível trabalhar apenas com informações do último lote.

2 - Investimento Realizado: Interface onde o usuário informa os itens de investimento que compõe seu sistema de produção. Estimar o valor a partir de consulta a vendedores de instalações e equipamentos novos, ou atualizar os valores gastos na época do investimento. O valor do terreno deve considerar apenas a área ocupada pelas instalações (geralmente cercada) e pelo sistema de tratamento de dejetos. Não considerar a área agrícola. Deve-se também estimar a vida útil em anos das instalações e equipamentos.

- Juros sobre capital: estimar quanto o capital investido pode render caso seja investido em outra atividade ou aplicação financeira, descontada a inflação.

3 - Itens de Despesas: Interface onde serão informadas as despesas do produtor, bem como uma estimativa do custo da mão de obra familiar. É importante que todos os itens de despesa sejam lançados. O custo de oportunidade da mão de obra familiar deve ser estimado a partir do número de horas trabalhadas na produção e na gestão da atividade e o valor médio da mão de obra no mercado de trabalho da região. Em outras palavras, deve-se perguntar quanto a mão de obra familiar receberia pelo tempo dedicado à atividade caso fosse contratada em outra granja para exercer as mesmas atividades.

4- Receitas: aqui são inseridas as receitas com a comercialização dos animais (R$/cabeça) e dos dejetos, composto orgânico ou cama de aviário (R$/ano).

Resultado apurado

Ao clicar no ícone “Resultado Apurado” o mesmo permitirá gerar um relatório com o “RESULTADO” do custo e da receita obtida (calculados em R$/cabeça, R$/lote e R$/ano), bem como uma análise do resultado. Também são gerados outros dois relatórios, um com os dados utilizados para os cálculos na aba “DADOS”, e outro um “GRÁFICO” com a composição dos custos operacionais, que permite avaliar os itens que mais impactaram no custo de produção e na análise dos resultados.

Os cálculos do aplicativo seguem a metodologia utilizada pela Embrapa e pelos principais países produtores para se estimar o custo total (CT).
CT = CV + D + CC
CV = custeio + remuneração da mão de obra familiar
D = depreciação
CC = custo de oportunidade do capital investido

Um indicador importante é o Custo Operacional Total (COT) que é a soma do Custo variável (CV) e da depreciação das instalações e equipamentos (D), ou seja, não considera o custo de oportunidade do capital investido (que é a ex-pectativa de rentabilidade). Este indicador é uma forma de avaliar se a sua atividade é sustentável no longo do tempo.

After entering the data in each of the specified icons, you need to click on "CONFIRM" tab, which will allow the information provided to be saved for later generation of results.

To use the application, it is recommended to keep archived slips, invoices, coupons, current account statements and lots of reports. Keep this information in a folder will help in time to enter the data in the application.
The four categories of information required are:

2 - Investment Attendance: interface where the user informs the investment of items that make up your production system. Estimate the value from the query facilities and new equipment vendors, or update the amounts spent at the time of investment.  - Interest on capital: estimate how much capital invested can yield if invested in another activity or financial investment, adjusted for inflation.

3 - Expense Items: Interface where the costs of the producer shall be informed, as well as an estimate of the cost of family labor. It is important that all expenditure items are released. The opportunity cost of family labor should be estimated from the number of hours worked in production and management of the activity and the average value of labor in the labor market in the region. In other words, one must ask how the family labor would receive for the time dedicated to the activity if it were contracted in another farm to perform the same activities.

4 Recipes: here are inserted revenue from the sale of animals (R $ / head) and manure, compost or poultry litter (R $ / year).

By clicking on the "Calculated Results" it will generate a report with the "RESULT" cost and revenue earned (calculated in R $ / head, US $ / lot and R $ / year), as well as an analysis of the results . two other reports, one with the data used for the calculations on the "Data" and another one "GRAPHIC" with the composition of the operating costs are also generated, which allows to evaluate the items that most impacted the cost of production and analysis of results.

The application calculations follow the methodology used by Embrapa and the main producing countries to estimate the total cost (CT).

An important indicator is the Total Operating Cost (TOC) which is the sum of the variable cost (CV) and depreciation of facilities and equipment (D), ie, it does not consider the opportunity cost of invested capital (which is the ex- expectation of profitability). This indicator is a way to evaluate whether your activity is sustainable in the long time.
