O 9RISP é um aplicativo fácil de usar, prático, objetivo e gratuito para acesso às informações pertinentes ao 9º Oficial de Registro de Imóveis da Comarca da Capital de São Paulo. Ele permite que você consulte o status de Protocolos de Títulos e pedidos de Certidão, além de visualizar no mapa a localização do Cartório, endereço, telefone e também acessar diretamente a página do nosso site www.9risp.com.br.

Principais recursos:
- Consulta ao status de Protocolos de Títulos que foram prenotados em nosso atendimento. Informamos se o Título foi entregue, está registrado ou exame e respectivas datas. Também informamos se há valor à pagar/restituir, qual é esse valor e se o Título está com exigência, nesse caso mostramos também o texto da Nota Devolutiva. Em todos os casos os números das matrículas correspondentes são disponibilizados.
- Consulta ao status dos Pedidos de Certidão feitos no balcão de atendimento. Informamos se certidão está pronta para retirada, se há valor à restituir/pagar e qual é esse valor e se a certidão está em exame.
- Acesso a dúvidas frequentes.
- Mapa de localização com endereço do Cartório.

Quando utilizar o 9RISP:
- Após entrada de Título ou pedido de Certidão em nosso atendimento , utilize o Número do Protocolo de Título ou o Número do Pedido de Certidão para acompanhar o seu status. Key Features:
- Consultation with the Securities Protocols status that were prenotados in our care. Please be advised that the title was delivered, is registered or examination and dates. We also report if there is value to pay / refund, what is this value and if the title is in demand, in this case also show the text of Note Returnable. In all cases the numbers of the corresponding enrollment are provided.
- Query the status of the Certificate Requests made at the counter. Please be advised if certificate is ready to withdraw if there is value to return / pay and what is this value and if the certificate is considered.
