DEMO Version: Allows filling 20 clinical forms.
System that stores the clinical record of Animals

Presents the main features:
1) Registration of demographics information of animals (patient);
2) Registration of demographic information of the owners of the animals;
3) Record clinical information of animals;
4) Allows filling and viewing several clinical forms. The content of the clinical forms is stored in a structured manner to allow future interoperability with systems that adopt the openEHR standard. Today the system has the clinical forms for standard care, immunization and free text form;
5) Take photos and attach them in the patient records;
6) Draw on models and attach the drawings in patient records;
7) Clinical Summary View. The clinical summary is created dynamically as the clinical forms are filled. Displays Medicines, Allergies, Vaccines, Diagnostics and Latest Encounters;
8) Send e-mail to owner with the clinical information of medical encouters;
9) Allows using Autofill models that assist in the completion of clinical forms;
10) Backup of all clinical and demographic information;
11) Integration with the cloud: you can sync and share encounters with the owner in cloudehr portal and,
12) Download of terminologies tables (models) like ICD-10 (just for Plus users).
