Você chega ao restaurante, diz o tamanho da sua mesa, seu nome e telefone para a hostess, que os insere no sistema. A partir daí, você está livre para fazer o que quiser.

Você pode então acompanhar seu lugar na fila em tempo real via aplicativo.

Quando sua mesa estiver pronta ou quase pronta, a hostess lhe envia um SMS avisando que sua vez está chegando.

You arrive at the restaurant, says the size of your table, your name and phone number to the hostess, that fits into the system. From there, you are free to do what you want.

You can then track your place in line based real-time application.

When your table is ready or almost ready, the hostess sends an SMS advising you that your turn is coming.
